"my go to place whenever i get my nails done, the shop is so lovely. they even have a dog who’s really friendly and staff are always nice. one of my nails popped off once (my fault completely) and they repaired it for free!!"

"Horrible and extortionate cancellation policy. I’ve been coming for years and during those years they have frequently called me to change my appointment at short notice I was always accommodating. I come down with the flu, tell them 47hrs ahead that I need to change my appointment and they charge me 30% of my booking for cancelling out of their 48hr cancellation policy. I will never return and a few of my friends have decided not to return either. To answer the owner: why did I give you a 1 star when I’ve been coming for years? Well maybe because you have no loyalty to your customers, despite them having loyalty to you. Who charges a long term customer a 30% fee when they cancel 47hrs ahead (plenty of time to fill that slot). I wasn’t even cancelling, I was changing the date because my child was sick - not something I could really help! In addition, actually no, there are lots of nail, hair and beauty salons that do not have these policies, Megan’s Nail, Best Nails, Touch of Serenity, I could go on and on, and even the ones that do do not charge 30%, especially during a cost of living crisis! In addition, I have, on multiple occasions, accommodated for your salon when you’ve needed to cancel and change the date/time of my appointments, I guess it’s ok when you do it? I should have charged you for inconveniencing me. I never got 48hrs notice from you when you did that. I arranged these appointments around my availability, work, and commitments and your changes caused me great difficulty at times in having to work around. You try to make it sound as if you did me a favour because a staff of yours was sick so you helped me out, actually you inconvenienced me, with short notice, but I understand that because life happens. It’s just ironic because when life happens for me, just once in years, and I give you tons of notice, you’re unforgiving about it. Do you not see the irony that your policy has cost you a lot more in revenue loss now than the fee you charged me? Warmest regards."

"It’s the first time I used Envi and I’m so glad I did. The staff are lovely, welcoming and professional. This is the best manicure I’ve had for a long time. Very gentle on the nail beds. Beautifully manicured my nails. Topped with cuticle oil and massage with hand cream. Such a treasure of a place and I'm so lucky it’s only across the road from me. Can’t believe I’ve letter other place damage my nails for so long. Use this place you won’t regret it x"

"I’d booked Hienie (after a lot of indecisiveness about appointment times on my part) for both my wedding nails and my mother’s nails, and she did such an incredible job that we could barely look away from them on the drive home! (I did for obvious safety reasons but mum was very content to do so). Hienie was incredibly kind and comfortable to converse with, and completed both designs with a smoothness and ease that it was very quick to trust that we wouldn’t be disappointed with the result. From the time we were there also, all the girls were so welcoming and energetic, I couldn’t have asked for a more positive outcome and experience for us both. I highly recommend booking Envi, and soon."

"Finally- since moving to Brentwood I have finally found the salon I will routinely be going back to for my nailcare. Great customer service, from the moment I walked in I was welcomed, appointment started on time. I had a great pedicure- massage chair, spa bubbles, all cuticles removed properly, rough skin removed, Morgan really knew my problem areas and fixed them all up. My luxury manicure was great, probably the best I've ever had. Simona has fantastic technical expertise -my nails look so beautiful I was really looked after. Both ladies were very kind and personable. For the first time in a long time I had a really lovely pampering session and cant wait to go back in a few weeks."
