It’s a perfect place not only for enjoying seasonal cuisines, but also for casual drinks in a warm atmosphere with the best staffs ever. I highly recommend here when you drop by central London.”

Modern China
● Open113 Elmers End Road, Beckenham BR3 4SY, United Kingdom“We use this place all the time and won’t go anywhere else now. We’ve used them about 15 times now and never had anything but great service and consistent quality. The one time they missed something from our order they credited us for the next one (was only a spring roll). They’re quick and efficient too which is always a plus.”

Les 110 de Taillevent London
● Open“A stunning venue with superb food, expertly paired with wine, exceptional customer service. We had a taster menu, and each course was just incredible! If we were to choose one course that stood out - it would be an impossible task.. but...cured scallops with foie gras, truffle and sourdough croutons were our favourite! If you would like a special night out, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!”

LPM Restaurant & Bar

In general the staff were attentive yet unobtrusive and they were generally well informed about the menu and dietary preferences. I especially liked the baby chicken dish that was great.”

Royal Lancaster London
● Open“The afternoon tea here was absolutely phenomenal. My two children (8 and 5) were so thrilled with the cute and delicious food, and the wonderful atmosphere. The best highlight was our server, Hafize. She was so thoughtful and kind, but also took her time to develop a personal connection with us. My girls adored her too, she was so sweet with them. We left with our bellies and hearts full!”

Premier Inn London Wimbledon (Broadway) hotel

Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford
● Open“I will come back to Adagio Aparthotel. Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.”

hub by Premier Inn London West Brompton hotel
● Open“Always comfortable rooms and great service at this very centrally located Premier Inn hub. Is located right next to West Brompton Station and only a short walk from Earl's Court so perfect for getting into the centre of London and anywhere across the city. Some lovely pubs opposite and close by and lots of places to eat in the area. We arrived early to ask to leave our bags and were told our room was ready, which was fantastic. We also needed some tickets printing and Aliah on the front desk could not have been more helpful. Excellent service and a good comfortable hotel for a short stay, if booked early then excellent value too, highly recommended.”

Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment
● Open“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”

hub by Premier Inn London Westminster Abbey hotel
● Open“Excellent stay. Super efficient location and I loved the touch screen buttons on the bed that controlled the lights and room temperature. Breakfast was great and lots of options to choose from. Very nice bar staff and one of the guys at breakfast was so noticeably kind, caring and welcoming to everyone who walked in the lobby. Not sure if he was the manager but it didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks very much.”

hub by Premier Inn London Westminster, St James's Park hotel
● Open“Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London.”

citizenM London Shoreditch Hotel
● Open“Everything is very convenient and just right. Location is really great and you can feel like you became an East Londoner! Room is very compact but I liked it. Staff is always friendly and nice and say hi to you. The lady who let me check in very early (9am but this was an exception) did it without making a big deal and she was super cool. Definitely coming back!!”

Hart Shoreditch Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton
● Open“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

InterContinental London - the O2, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Great location and nice hotel right next door to the O2. The rooms are well proportioned with a comfy bed. The reception and bar staff are very attentive and always happy to help. I had an amazing view out over the O2 arena, but all directions have something to see. More expensive than most hotels I stay in, but worth it!”

hub by Premier Inn London King's Cross hotel
● Open“I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. I have always had a pleasant experience, but my most recent experience has been so fantastic I really wanted to share how lovely it has been. Upon arrival I got chatting to a staff member (Rita) about our stay and mentioned it was my friend's (the other guest) birthday. She pulled me aside and asked for my room number and told me she would do something special. When we came back from an evening at the theatre we found that Rita had placed confetti, birthday banners, chocolates, prosecco and balloons in our room. When we went down to thank her she took the time to chat to us and made sure we had everything we needed. When we mentioned we were staying a few nights she asked if we had booked breakfast for the morning. When we said we hadn't she sorted it so we had a complimentary breakfast for the next day. She made us feel so welcome and homely, it really made me emotional. With all that is going on in the world at the moment, it restored my faith in humanity to have someone do such a selfless act just out of the kindness of their heart. I will never stay at another hotel in London again. This hotel is superior by far. Thank you so much Rita and the team for making our stay so enjoyable.”

Premier Inn London Canary Wharf (Westferry) hotel
● Open“Excellent hotel!really friendly staff and great breakfasts! We managed to snag 2 rooms VERY last minute and we were very pleased with the hotel! Clean, new, and friendly staff! DLR line stops right outside of the hotel so it is easy to get to. Only negative is that there isn't much to do in the area, tourist wise, so you are always traveling at least 20 minutes to get to where you want to be. Not such a big problem but something for tourists to be aware of!”
-
hub by Premier Inn London Spitalfields, Brick Lane hotel
● Open“Stayed here on my travels for work. The check in/out process was convenient and staff were helpful and efficient. Brick Lane is a very lively street (perfect if you love Indian cuisine!) and our room was right at the front - we didn't notice any noise at all. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and I got a good night's sleep on a mattress far nicer than mine at home. Small note that the bed was very high off the ground because of storage built into the bed frame. Not an issue for me but worth mentioning for anyone with restricted mobility.”

ibis London Canning Town
● Open“We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”
