Leonardo Hotel London Watford - Formerly Jurys Inn
● Open“We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced, that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

The Drayton Court Hotel, Ealing
● Open“We came across this property when missing our flight back home due to airline delays. The queen had just passed away, R.I.P, so as you can imagine most hotels were booked, especially trying to find a reasonable rate for the same day. We tried to make the best of a bad situation and we stumbled across this hotel by following a metro route away from the airport. We saw that they had just a few rooms left and had to book one of their suites. I'm so glad we did! we found this property to be incredibly quaint! The suites have big Roman tubs in the room! You can bet that after a long day of stress and travel, a nice soak in the tub is just what the doctor ordered. The service was amazing and the pub attached to the hotel had amazing food and drinks! We will definitely look at staying here on our next trip. especially if we get to spend some time with Boba!”

Merit Kensington Hotel

We then walked around looking for another hotel that had space. So glad we found this one. Really clean, modern rooms and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to Victor for helping us with the initial check in and also for his help many times with any requests we had while traveling with a young baby. We only stayed one night but we'll be back if we ever need to stay in that area in London. The hotel is very convenient with many supermarkets, pubs cafes all within short walk. Thanks again to Victor and all the staff at merit - we had a really restful stay thanks to you all!”
