“I am absolutely delighted with my Novamobili Wardrobe! After recently refurbishing my bedroom, I was in need of a wardrobe that could fill a long stretch of wall. The ceilings are relatively low, so trying to find a high quality product that could also be quite low was proving to be quite challenging. However, after coming across Go Modern I was amazed at the wide selection they had on offer. The team in the showroom couldn't have been more helpful. They were very attentive to what I needed and suggested the most suitable layout for the inside. I never felt pressured by the staff like I have in other companies which really gave me that extra boost of confidence that these were the right guys to deal with. I placed the order and after 8 weeks the wardrobe arrived. Their assembly team booked me in the following week and took great care when entering my property and assembled it to perfection - They are obviously very experienced with handling these brands. Honestly, the quality has far surpassed my expectations and was certainly worth the wait for a high end, Italian brand! I would certainly recommend Go Modern to my friends and family and will be in touch for future orders. Thank you.”

“Perfect for a good night’s sleep if you’re arriving late or have a layover. Easily accessible from T5 via bus 423 which costs £1.60. You pay the bus by tapping your contactless card on the reader when you enter. The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Rooms were like every other Premier Inn. Sure, it may look a bit outdated but it’s safe, clean and does the job. I also felt safe as a female traveller, as you need to swipe your card at checkpoints to access various areas and a door chain is present by the room door. Additionally there’s a McDonald’s right next to the hotel, great for a cheap breakfast.”

“Wife and I stayed one night to be at Heathrow for next morning's flight. We were very pleased - yes, I'll say surprised - by the quality of our brief stay. Room was immaculate. Dining (1 evening and 1 breakfast) exceeded our expectations; good selection, well-prepared, tasty. There are two bars on site, each was well organized and very pleasant. The front desk person even gave us a pictorial step by step map, showing how we would walk next morning from hotel to Heathrow tube to Terminal 5. That was much appreciated. As someone who (before COVID) business traveled frequently, my experiences and thus expectations for airport hotels were quite low. This hotel FAR EXCEEDED those expectations! Keep up the fine work!”

“Stayed here whilst working nearby. Hotel has a very grand entrance/foyer. Room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Was a bit of a maze in the hotel, with lots of corridors. I went for a bit of a wander and there are lots of function rooms situated to the top of the hotel. When we stayed it was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helped when our key card stopped working.”

“Excellent hotel with amazing staff. The room was large and clean. The restaurant buffet was well stocked and offered salad, 4 - 6 main options, with some delicious sides. There were 3 cakes on offer for desert. The breakfast buffet had a solid handful of juices, coffee, tea, and skimmed milk. There were croissants and several bread options, along with half dozen cereals, meats and cheeses, eggs, pancakes, beans, and various other options.”

“Excellent staff, great bar, rooms are very comfortable. Really recommend it for business meetings. Shuttle bus to and from the airport. Great time there. If you need to go in city center its is convenient to catch the underground at the nearest underground station, easily reachable with a bus, you save a lot of time if you compare to go back to airport and catch there the underground. We just had a one night stay flying into and then out of Heathrow. We took the free bus there from the airport and it was about a 30 minute ride from Heathrow. The hotel is clean and modern, very typical Novotel property. They do have a nice bar for snacks and breakfast plus a full service restaurant. The service in the restaurant is great and the food is very good Italian. Clean, spacious room with full amenities. Very good restaurant, though it used to be small and intimate with lots of ambiance, and has been expanded and a bit too modern. Great hotel stay near airport. Good bus service from airport. Stayed here as most people do I imagine to be close to the airport before flying early the next day. Was a bit troublesome to get to - would have been better if walking distance from the airport - but when we got there we had a very nice meal in the Italian restaurant. Went for a swim afterwards, Room was good, very nice bathroom and shower, nice TV and comfy bed (but pillows too soft and no choice to change them). Would certainly go back if needing an overnighter. Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

“By far one of the best hotels we have stayed in! Attention to detail A☆ guests will be treated with a warm friendly atmosphere from all staff and the rooms are lovely with everything you could possibly need & very clean! Very well maintained hotel with beautiful decor & wonderful facilities. Breakfast was very good with amazing choice & an all you can eat buffet for an extremely reasonable price! Would highly recommend this hotel especially if travelling into London for business or pleasure :)”

The breakfast buffet is fresh with a mixed of cooked food and fresh options such as brie, fresh fruit and avocado smash. All in all a great property!”

“Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Firstly when arriving to the hotel we arrived a hour before check in and they kindly let us check in early as the room was ready. Room was lovely and clean and heating was great during this winter weather. Receptionists we’re friendly and helpful. Definitely 5 stars for me. Lovely area too! Would stay again!”

Everyone from the little blonde beauty on reception to the cleaners, were just lovely. The hotel is just around the corner from the tube , so is well placed for sightseeing. And Brixton has its own charms. and cultural history.”

This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. Superb location within London for theatres and many other attractions. Hotel was very clean and all staff were attentive and helpful. Own restaurant on the site for wonderful breakfasts and a varied and reasonably priced lunch and dinner menu. Nothing negative to report and highly recommended.”

“What a great hotel! There was a small issue at check in with our room not being ready, but staff were fantastic and upgraded us for free for the inconvenience. If you get chance to use the executive lounge between 6&8pm then do. Buffet food and drinks available the entire time, and a nice atmosphere. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is ideally placed just a short walk from Angel tube station.”

“The people who are giving 1 star surely expected for this to be the Ritz or Four Seasons. The stay was fantastic, especially considering the budget price-point. Everything was clean and the room was extremely quiet. I was kind of worried about being on the first floor because my room faced the street, but I couldn’t hear anything at all. The only complaint I have is the shower. The water pressure is fantastic and the bathroom is spotless, but if you turn the water up too high, it splashes under the shower curtain on to the floor. This is just a design error. FYI, you have to request a hair dryer, cleaning, new towels, etc. IN GENERAL: clean, quiet, amazing location, comfy bed and friendly staff.”

“Stayed on a first-time business trip and, boy, this place does not disappoint. Whilst it is on the steeper side for an overnight stay, the extra facilities guests have access to (spa, gym, pool etc) in the price plus the service and quality of the rooms makes it value for money. Room service food was fantastic and the room amenities are excellent. Especially love the small Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms, makes a welcome change to a decent morning brew! My only comment is the shower in the room did have some light mould/mildew on the tiles around the ceiling, but honestly very light and only spotted because of my height. Not enough to bring the overall experience down at all. And the breakfast buffet service, whew! Amazing spread of cooked breakfast items, fruit, cereals, pastries, juices, everything! Leo's Restaurant where meals are served has a lovely open atmosphere and great lighting from the massive windows along the outside wall.”

“A Fantastic hotel, Fatima was very polite and informative, great service from all the team tbh. Spa facilities are of a high standard with a good sized pool and steam room, excellent changing rooms too. We were very impressed by the room, quite a big size for a hotel and nice to have a bath and shower. We would recommend a stay here, new year was wonderful to welcome in here.”

“Good central location for sightseeing. It was an easy walk to the London Eye, The Shard, Borough Market, the South Bank etc. The room was very clean, bed linen and towels pristine too. We had breakfast on the 3 mornings we were there. There was a good selection for full English or continental. Staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“A very well organised London river cruise. We boarded at 12pm and we were served a champagne three course lunch. There was a life band in the restaurant, the boat was very clean and spacious. We sailed for two hours and had some nice views around London from the river. A different way to enjoy Sunday lunch, well worth doing.”

“We went to the Blakes hotel restaurant last Saturday night without a reservation. We were greeted warmly then treated with delicious food and excellent service!!! Simone was our waiter and he served us brilliantly while regularly coming over to check that everything was okay during our meal - which it always was. Marta is one of the managers there and was excellently attentive while also ensuring that our experience was formidable. Classy, sophisticated, delicious with impeccable standards and service!”

“One night stay for business and overall very pleased. I didn’t have food at the hotel so only reviewing the room. Pros: - Excellent reception staff, very friendly and helpful - Spotlessly clean room, good temperature, small but nicely decorated, comfortable bed -Nice bathroom with lovely toiletries. I appreciated the eco theme of the room as large refillable bottles are provided instead of single use plastic bottles. This also means no slippers, bathrobe, toothpaste etc. so make sure to bring your own. Cons: - relatively thin walls so you can expect some noise especially if you are near the stairs or lifts. However the hotel appears to be a refurbished listed building so any similar hotels would have the same problem.”

Loved the hot chocolate and tea, they always have at the lobby. Will stay here again when I come back to London again. Highly recommended”
