“Very nice hotel, not too far from Kew Gardens and Richmond town centre. Up on the hill with some great views this place. Key highlights for me, we wanted to park for two nights as we were staying for a wedding and they only charged for one and gave the second day as complimentary. Also my partner forgot her mascara and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in letting her borrow hers! Not a service they normally offer I’m sure, but great of her to provide this. Beyond this, the beds were comfy, very cleanly and it was not noisy at all.”

The product quality is very good and easy to fit. We are very happy with the services from Matt and Vahid, and the finalised product looks very good. This place provides a soothing sanctuary of calm for those looking for a place of rest and reflection. And it’s just yards away from Kew station. Serves fantastic coffee. Inexpensive. We love their incredibly tasty food, such a huge array of vegetarian and vegan options. Nice friendly atmosphere. Service was brilliant, our group of 8 friends came for a birthday dinner and they made such an effort- singing happy birthday, brought some drums out and even offered to play our own music! “I have been to the Crown for casual evening drinks while sitting outside in their nice garden a couple of times but never been there for lunchtime or dinner. I finally had a chance to book a table (advisable because I tried to turn up in a couple of occasions and they were always full) and had a fantastic dining experience!
