“Some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. The tacos were soft yet had the correct amount of crunch to ensure the full chewing experience was comfortable. The chicken wings took my breath away, I’ve never eaten wings so well cooked. As soon as I got home I ate the food with the intention to save the rest until later, this did not happen I enjoyed it all instantly. I would recommend this 100% to anyone and everyone the best service also. The chef was so kind and helpful with ensuing our food was well prepared and on such a clean surface also.”

“A lovely small authentic Mexican restaurant and cocktail bar hidden down some stairs in the north end of Dalston. They have a small number of dishes, including tacos, enchiladas, huarache, huevos rancheros etc. that they do extremely well. They also do excellent cocktails including margaritas of course, as well as a large range of tequila, mezcal and sotol. A great place to bring your kids for lunch and friends for drinks later in the day! Main dishes are about £11 as are the cocktails so not super expensive either. Well worth a visit.”

However, the food was TOP NOTCH, as also the cocktail drinks too. The only suggestion I will have to make is your 24 Hour Poussin. I don’t know if mine was 24 hours ready or not? The marination didn’t penetrate the white meat. I look forward to trying your Seabass main, as you was sold out of it at the time. Came from n.wales for a week in London, this place was in mine and my daughters list of places to go, walked an hour from Tower Bridge, and couldn't seem to find it (looked for 20mins and walked past twice) so called the number, and was met by Starbucks as they are kinda hidden away in the tunnel and arches next to Vauxhall Station, they was closed for a private event, but they made the 2 of us this lovely streetfood treat, and my lord it did not disappoint, so so nice. Thus far we've always ordered different dishes from the menu so that we can try as much as possible - and each time we've had a great experience. My personal favorite is the tiramisu desert - so if you do sit there be sure to try it out!”

“The food was amazing and fresh. The service was great. There was ten adults and at least ten children so you can imagine how loud our group was. The staff dealt with us professionally courteously and they were great with the kids. The portions were a good size and we had so much left over. The taste of the fresh food was on point. “We had a quick dinner here before our visit at the WB museum, very good and nice staff, friendly to foreigners and helpful, the food was prepared from fresh ingredients, tasted amazing and had a lot of spice and herbs used in it, which gave it the right flavor and I was surprised by the low price compared to other places in London. “WOW WOW WOW! absolutely delicious! ive been wanting to go for the longest time and finally tried it! really enjoyed it! food is very well seasoned and lots of delicious sauces on the side! best tacos i have ever had! very filling unlike the ones you get at the fast food chains. cant wait to go back and try the other menu items! the prawn tacos were the best (not pictured) and i really enjoyed the chicken fajita tacos too! my partner loved the pork ones! all i can say is i wish that they open a restaurant asap so i can bring all my friends (its more of a takeaway with seats out front and but the seating was getting full) 10/10! will recommend to others”

“It was my first experience of venezuelan food and i must admit the food was simply outstanding, especially the empanadas were absolutely delicious and mouth watering. Even the arepa that i had was really good. The service was excellent and i was absolutely delighted as the staff was really friendly and welcoming. “Had the pleasure of stumbling upon this place with a buddy! Now I’ve lived in California for a few years and I sorely miss good Mexican food - which is something London sadly doesn’t have many good options to offer. This place is such a treat! When you walk in, you know you’re going to have something good happen. It has a hipster, hole-in-the-wall restaurant feel to it, and they being it with good food! It hope they just get the flavours better and better with time. Will defo be visiting more often. My recommendation - chicken/beef tacos with the loaded fries - ask them to add a touch more sauce. Churros with hazelnut chocolate - you can’t go wrong.”

At the end of a long shift she still has a smile on her face and as a result brought one to ours too. Nothing was too much trouble and Hannah even put some fresh pork on for our burrito. Hannah is a credit to your team and will be the reason we return to tortilla at bluewater. Daniella also gave some fantastic customer service and served us at the till with a smile to finish off our visit. What a great team you have at bluewater ensuring customers feel special and will return.”
