It's a popular birthday spot as loads of other people had their birthdays too! Beautiful ambience! Friendly and helpful staff, always smiling!! The food was sooooo scrumptious and delightful!!! Sooo much variety. Lots to eat and drink. The ice cream machine and the chocolate fountain are simply an amazing bonus! A great hit with the kids and, of course, adults too!!!! Clean plates, cutlery, cups and bowls The best part? You get to eat! And eat!! And eat!!! Until you can't eat anymore. Then you eat some more!!!! It was such a beautiful experience. “Big Easy is definitely a treat! The food portions were huge, the food was well seasoned and the ambience is great. We went for lunch and the staff were amazing and attentive. Food came quickly and the drinks were good too! We had a the voodoo shrimps, 1lb lobster, macaroni cheese, baby back ribs, 250lb surf and turf with lobster, plain chips and truffle chips all on our table! (Group of 4). We were full, delighted and had food to take home! Definitely one to visit again!”

“I have been ordering food here for number of years. I have been always been increased with the food. The staff have always been accommodating. We usually order the same thing and have never been disappointed. The nachos always have enough sauce and topping. We ask the staff to put the veggie chilli separate so the food is not soggy by the time it reaches us.”

“I had already heard a lot about the restaurant and just had to go there, I tell you, the visit was worth it. It started right at the entrance to the restaurant. The painting on the outside wall makes you curious about the interior and you are not disappointed. First, you are welcomed in a very friendly manner at the door and escorted to the table. It is noticeable that the ambience is somewhat dark, which creates a special atmosphere. There are very cool pictures on the wall, as well as a shrine to Master Yoda. Now for the food. We ordered across the menu and had almost everything the menu had to offer. Some dishes blew us away so much that we ordered them again. From the guacamole and the tacos to the sushi and the ceviche, it was simply a dream. The wine recommendation with the meal was also terrific. A Georgian white wine, who would have thought of that, but simply a dream. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. All in all, a visit that was definitely worthwhile and that I will repeat.”

“The food quality is amazing here. However, they seem to be a little hasty while asking your choices for the preparation. It's understandable that the queues are long but some space to breath would definitely help. So yes all in all recommended if you are looking for tasty Mexican food”

“If you love US Chipotle then I can say UK Chipotle definitely hits the mark! I ordered a chicken burrito and had it stuffed just like back home. Good portions of rice, beans, fajita veggies, salsas, chicken, cheese and lettuce. It was practically the size of a newborn baby and I enjoyed every messy bite of it. The price is a bit higher than in the US but overall very similar and I was very happy. I will be stopping by again before I leave London!”

“Went on the weekend for a birthday and I have to be honest, this was my 2nd time I've been. The 1st time I had such amazing food that I wanted to treat my brother for his birthday so took him there. Food was not great. The menu seems to have changed drastically since I went there last and the vegetarian/vegan options are all the same vegetables (cauliflower). We literally ordered everything off the menu that was available but when it came it all tasted the exact same. We weren't impressed with the food but having said that once I had mentioned this to the managers they were very apologetic and offered to re-cook the food but we kindly refused. We also cancelled the rest of our order as we had lost our appetite. They kindly comped the whole bill as they were really sorry we hadn't enjoyed the meal and were so kind by doing this. Although I've rated the food as a 3 star I'd give 10 stars just for the service. The venue is beautiful, amazing views and drinks are great. I'd definitely recommend and go back again on the basis that I'd like to think they will take on board my feedback and make some changes.”

“This is the best Mexican food I have had in the city. Their burrito bowl is a healthy salad bowl but also comes with rice and beans, making it very filling. You can also add guacamole, cheese and other veggie toppings and they have good variety of sauces too. Definitely worth having, especially if you like Mexican food.”

“Wonderful tapas, fantastic staff - despite the place being very busy we were sat and served quickly and the waitress was so lovely and helpful!! Sea bass ceviche highly recommended, and the tacos are wonderful too. Didn’t try the cocktails, but there’s a great selection and they look good!”
