“I am currently at Euston with heavy bags and a dog, so finding a place to stop and get food was difficult. However, when I got to Tortilla, I was greeted with a lovely welcome and smile from the lady serving (Aida) who told me to take a seat outside, and she would come out to me to take my order. All the stress I had travelling with the dog and baggage was removed - brilliant customer service. I’ll be back here for sure when I’m next passing through. Thank you Aida!”

“Followed the high rating to this place for my first meal in London. I arrived at midday to a nearly empty restaurant but it wasn’t long before people started packing it in. My Columbian friend back home recommended my menu choices and I wasn’t disappointed. A highlight was the fried banana and beans. The dessert was surprisingly nice too! “I was supporting a lady with a disability who wanted to try Tortilla for the first time and everything went well till we got ready to pay and found out this place doesn't take cash. My client was obviously upset and disappointed, as not being able to pay by cash takes away from her independence and the activities she enjoys doing on occasion like eating out. The staff was very gracious about the situation and offered to help out so in the end she was still able to have her meal. She did enjoy her naked burrito very much and she said she hopes to find another Tortilla who will take cash in the future.”

Also the chicken taco from the kids menu - best Mexican food we've had in a long time, everything was zingy and fresh, and not stodgy or packet-tasting. Especially recommend the prawn tacos. Staff are friendly and attentive. Price was fair for what was offered. Nothing else like this in West London, particularly grateful that it's Halal! Will definitely be back with friends!”

“The best salad bar, Pizza Hut salad got nothing ! Them lot got some delicious stuff! Even got sweet potatoes and pasta and rice for the kids. They come to your table with all types of meat and chicken and we said yes to everything they got lol wallah I feel like I’ve tasted things if I saw on the menu I would never buy but this experience of them bringing the meat to you and cutting it. “These guys are legit! As a Texan who has lived in London over ten years now, this place has been a saving grace. I have been longing for proper margaritas and queso here for years and these guys have come in and saved the day. Their quesos and margaritas are the real deal. They do bottomless brunch (with margaritas!!) and breakfast tacos too. I’m also a huge fan of sour cream chicken enchiladas and not only do they have them, but they’re delicious! The staff are super friendly and the service is great. This place is such a welcome breath of fresh air to the London food scene, especially for those of us longing for a taste of home, and I’m so thankful for it.”

“Celebrated my 23rd Birthday here and it was some of the most delicious Mexican Food I have ever tasted in London. Their Nachos are delicious and their jalapeños are so tasty. In addition their Tacos (I tried beef, pork and chicken) were nicely cooked and having it with their mild spicy sauce and Scorpio sauce adds the necessary kick to top it all. I cannot wait to come back and taste their wonderful food. Shout to all the staff who were wonderful and made for an unforgettable night.”

Nachos were unreal and so flavoursome, that guacamole was to die for, the shredded beef tacos were tasty and dripping with flavour, ordered the jalapeno Poppers and they certainly popped !
