I have shoulder-length thick hair, which is difficult to cut/style, but Caroline manages with confidence and I’m delighted every time; making it easy to manage between cuts. The team here have never let me down and are very flexible with me considering how hectic my schedule. From last minute fixes to changing things when my flight gets moved. “Cons: bad mobile reception once you are in. Layout is a bit of a mess.. you almost need a Thorpe park style map to help you navigate around. No steam room, shower gels / conditioner. I guess it’s a better gym so shouldn’t expect it.. All that said, still a 5 star review… why. Pros: has lots of varied equipment. Swimming pool is large. Reasonably priced.”
