"I asked for full set of eyelash extensions - classic/natural- which was going to be £50. My appointment was at 6pm. In the end after a rushed hour long treatment, I left with half of my lashes done (eye line that's most visible) with barely anytime to look at myself and decide if it's what I asked for. I was still asked to pay £50 as if I had a full set done. Not happy, wouldn't go back."
