"Just a warning if you use this salon, today was my first visit I had keratin which stated in the price list was between £95-135 eyebrow threading and upper lip wax . When I went to pay she said it would be £180 I have a long bob just past my shoulders. They only accept cash and I felt this was a big con. In the end I paid £150 which was still more than the price list advertised. I will also be contacting Trading Standards"

"My mum had an appointment there today. We were on time and were kept waiting for over 15 minutes in the heat. There was no AC in the salon. That wasn’t the worst part. We saw the hairdresser being extremely rude to one of her clients who had hair dye in her hair. She was a complete bully and horribly rude telling her client that she should be grateful for the hair colour she has given her. She used microfiber cleaning cloth to wipe hair dye off the strands and then blow dried it without rinsing. It was really awful to watch and so my mum and I got up and left. The hairdresser was so rude, it completely put my mum off from having her hair done. She also made another client go to the cash machine to get out £150 for her hair appointment as she would not take card. Please don’t waste your time at this place. There are so many other options nearby. I wish I had tried one of those instead. I’m not sure how this salon has got these raving reviews. It was such a horrible experience for us!"

"this was the first time i arrived at a hairstylist myself! i think the owner of this shop was the one to do my hair, if not, so sorry! but i really enjoyed my stay there. my hair was long but from the mid lengths and down was really damaged, so i decided to get it all chopped off! i chose to get a wash, cut and blow-dry, and then i was even given curls with the straightener. the process went by pretty fast, and my hair felt very good, smelled good, much lighter, looked even/balanced. im glad i came here, its definitely my #1 hairdresser now. :)"
