Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is worth signing up for and is better than most business hotels I’ve experienced in the UK or US. Met a friend at the bar, and we were both appreciative of the professionalism and good humour of the staff. Really a good stay.”

Hilton London Heathrow Airport
● Open“Great airport hotel. I have definitely seen worse airport hotels. And considering the location and price I would definitely recommend this one. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Including fresh fruits, vegan yoghurt and pancakes. I really appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and even the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and clean. But some of the furniture was pretty worn down and could use a touch up. I slept great, but the mattress might be a bit to hard for some people.”

It's those things that make a big difference and wins my business commitments. Excellent service, excellent customer service delivered by one of your finest colleague! Thank you for making my visit exceptionally nice....”

Holiday Inn London - Watford Junction, an IHG Hotel
● Open“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”

Novotel London Brentford
● Open“The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”
-
Hilton London Wembley
● Open“The receptionists were exceptional and friendly, especially Cătălina and Jonathan. My family enjoyed Gary's hospitality and friendliness in the executive lounge. Being a Gold Hilton honour member has a few perks, one of which is complimentary breakfast, although this breakfast was worth every penny. First thing in the morning, seeing friendly faces and tasteful breakfast was the best start to the day each and every day we stayed. Our room was nice, clean and refreshed daily. If you’re visiting London for any reason, I highly recommend this hotel”

London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale
● Open“Everyone here was amazing! This is among the best places I have stayed. I had to find lodging for almost a month and they gave me a temporary home. I truly felt welcome. Oualid, Lama, and Meerain went out of their way for me and I am forever grateful! The bar is always ready to take your order and provide a fantastic meal. The beds and showers are amazing. The Bailey’s Hotel London
● Open“Had a lovely stay here recently in a twin double room. Hotel has a lot of character, looks the part for the area and is well located for local venues. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped with a decent size TV, room fridge and other expected amenities. Staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.”
-
London Marriott Hotel Regents Park
● Open“I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.”
-
Montcalm East, Shoreditch London
● Open“I had a great stay in Montcalm East during a business trip for a week. The hotel has quite a unique touch and at the price point the amenities can't be beat. The rooms are well planned, reasonably sized and the bathrooms are well appointed including the heated flooring. The hot/ cold breakfasts are so much better than the traditional American breakfast that is seen in the hotel chains. Location wise, this place is quite central to all the tourist spots that someone may want to hit.”
-
Mondrian London Shoreditch
● Open“Perfect place. Friendly relaxed staff, great location, laurels on the roof a lovely bright place to spend an afternoon. Pool very small and you’re in view of the diners but cute. Got a great room upgrade through efforts of reception girl from Moldova, don’t remember name..! Had a large roof terrace though not much use in winter, I’d love to come back to it in summer.”

Point A London, Canary Wharf
● Open“I recently stayed at the Point A Hotel in Canary Wharf and I had a great experience. The hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodating, and they made my stay very pleasant. They were always available to help with any questions I had, and they made sure that everything was taken care of. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. Although the rooms were generally rather small, they were definitely enough for a short city trip. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were all there. One of the best things about this hotel is its location directly in Canary Wharf. The underground and DLR stations were only a 5-minute walk away, which made it very easy to get around the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Canary Wharf. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel is a great choice.”

Hyatt Place London City East
● Open“This has easily become my new favourite place to stay in London. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (and actually look exactly like on the website)! When checking in I got a kind upgrade to a corner room and let me tell you, that made the stay 100% better — at night, the skyline gave total New York vibes & at sunset, the golden sun rays filled the room (check picture Nº 8 for proof, haha)! The staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and overall, the stay was really really great value for money! 100% recommended ♥️ Can’t wait to be back!”

Holiday Inn London - Whitechapel, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Nice reasonably priced hotel with very large rooms (we choose the premium rooms). Very quiet, not much noise from street or other rooms. Neighbourhood is okay as long as your diet does not rely on beer and pork. Bus stop right in front of the door, tube and DLR are roughly ten minutes away. Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. Good breakfast. Bathroom and closet in the guest rooms rather small.”

Aloft London Excel
● Open“Very lovely, comfortable and neat room down to the towels! Pleasant welcoming and helpful staff. Great location about two minutes walk to the bus stop and train station. Delicious, mouthwatering and affordable meal in a very clean and hygienic restaurant. I'd place great emphasis on the pleasant and welcoming staff (Malika, Gennaro, etc.) I came in contact with. The staff is the major reason why I'd definitely stay here whenever I am in the area.”
-
Sunborn London
● Open“The rooms were large for a yacht. They were clean, well decorated and had the most gorgeous views of canary wharf. We had dinner and the boat, I didn't like my appetizer that much but the main and deserts were good. The drinks were average but the ambience of the yacht is breath taking. The staff is also warm and friendly. Different worth a try for a nice romantic evening with your significant other.”

London Perfect
● Closed“Middleton Property was just what our family needed. We stayed in a 3 level old mews which was amazing. The host provided the refrigerator stocked with a little bubbly as well as milk for the kids. I fell in love with the Nespresso machine. The location provided easy access to the tube and other public transportation. There was an amazing amount of room in the flat and best of all, it was only 2 doors away from off the main drag pub. Would book again with London Perfect.”

Trailfinders London Conduit Street
● Closed“Was contacted by them after giving them a poor review because it was impossible to contact them. I then had their usual five star service with great planning and fantastic prices. They are under a lot of pressure but trying hard to sort out their access problems. Have used them for years and they are normally wonderful to deal with.”

Kenwood Travel
● Closed“Was looking for a non run of the mill holiday, and something a bit special, and the I found it with Kenwood travel. Unlike other travel agents website, everything was there and in front of you, allowing you to book exactly what you wanted and not at rip off prices. Transfers, airport lounge and car parking all booked at a one stop place. All done online, got a callback to confirm a few things and run through stuff, very impressed with the customer service and very happy at the price for an amazing two weeks that's coming up in Antigua. I can only recommend Kenwood Travel if you are looking for that hidden gem of a great holiday.”
