“Salam to anyone reading this review. Alhamdulilah as much as I thank Allah it’s not enough. Me and my Husband took a 10day package with this company but in particular Sohail dealt with all our booking. It was the most peaceful time and every single thing promised was delivered ! The hotel we stayed at Makkah was called Makkah Hilton Towers and it’s is literally 10 steps away from Al Harram Sharif and we also had a side view of the Harram from our room. At Madinah we stayed at Dar Al Hijra intercontinental hotel which is precisely a 4/5mins walk from the hotel to Al Harram Madinah. All the transfers from airports to hotels and also from one city to another were reliable and efficient and always on time thanks to Sohail. We didn’t have no worries. I highly without doubt recommend anyone travelling for Umrah and Hajj to book with our Dear brother Sohail and use this company as we will also definitely be only travelling with them in the future. It is a peace of mind for the customers and alhamdulilah the price was well well worth every penny spent !! “Location is certainly the winner here, being just a couple minutes walk from the tube station, and close to shops and restaurants if you need. I stayed a single night as an alternative to my usual airport stopover and will certainly be returning as I had no complaints at all for the price. The room was modern and clean, and a spacious size. There were electric sockets next to both sides of the bed, the TV was decent enough for a single night and there was minimal noise from outside or adjacent rooms, despite the central busy location. At the right price point this is one of my new favourites in the area!”

“I had a great stay at the apartment. The hosts were very accommodating, quick replies and very easy to get a hold of. The flat was lovely, had everything that you could need, very clean and easy to get to and from the airport. Very close to a tesco express so can easily get all the food you need. “Great airport hotel. I have definitely seen worse airport hotels. And considering the location and price I would definitely recommend this one. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Including fresh fruits, vegan yoghurt and pancakes. I really appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and even the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and clean. But some of the furniture was pretty worn down and could use a touch up. I slept great, but the mattress might be a bit to hard for some people.”

“Wife and I stayed one night to be at Heathrow for next morning's flight. We were very pleased - yes, I'll say surprised - by the quality of our brief stay. Room was immaculate. Dining (1 evening and 1 breakfast) exceeded our expectations; good selection, well-prepared, tasty. There are two bars on site, each was well organized and very pleasant. The front desk person even gave us a pictorial step by step map, showing how we would walk next morning from hotel to Heathrow tube to Terminal 5. That was much appreciated. As someone who (before COVID) business traveled frequently, my experiences and thus expectations for airport hotels were quite low. This hotel FAR EXCEEDED those expectations! “Excellent hotel with amazing staff. The room was large and clean. The restaurant buffet was well stocked and offered salad, 4 - 6 main options, with some delicious sides. There were 3 cakes on offer for desert. The breakfast buffet had a solid handful of juices, coffee, tea, and skimmed milk. There were croissants and several bread options, along with half dozen cereals, meats and cheeses, eggs, pancakes, beans, and various other options.”

“The lounges and overall business service is very good! Made flying so much more relaxed. Menu on the ground is limited but the food is tasty. The food in the air is good, never before have i even attempted to eat plane food after a bad experience many years ago. But they served a great dish on a real plate. The staff were amazing, the lounge is generally quiet and well maintained. A must for travelling in the current covid world.”

“What can I say about this lounge… well when compared to other lounges, even in other parts of Heathrow, it’s not that great. It can’t hold a candle to the Cathay or Qantas lounge in T3, It’s a little dated and I wouldn’t say it’s overly luxurious. However the main selling point of this lounge is that it is not a pay to use lounge and the connectivity of the First Wing in general. It’s the best lounge in T5 and it beats any lounge that isn’t ab airline status lounge . Firstly you can only get access if you are BA Gold or OneWorld equivalent (OneWorld Emerald) or you are flying first class. However if you are flying first you get access to the Concorde Room so wouldn’t use this lounge anyway. The access to the lounge is its main selling point as you go to the separate “First Wing” that has its own check in desks and security, and after security you walk down a short corridor and right into the lounge. This is fantastic as it means you come directly into the lounge without a long walk through the general terminal area. The size of the lounge is pretty big but with only a few drink stations positioned apart from the main food and beverage area. Plenty of seats in various configurations and a few work places. Throughout the pandemic, for food and beverage it was order only through barcode and phone, and at the time writing this is still available but there is a small, ever growing buffet coming back. This phone ordering was actually quite good but the selection could vary. Currently the buffet at breakfast has a decent selection of hot English breakfast, as well as fruit, pastries, cereal and other cold items. There are a few juices available and three coffee machines, that can get quite crowded during peak times. The food selection is good but it’s nothing to shout about, however it is recovering and getting better as time goes on. In terms of seating the furniture is quite old and tired but comfortable enough. It would be good if there was more charging points but if you are really desperate you will find one. I enjoy the Concorde terrace at the end of the lounge as it is usually quieter and offers runway views as well as feels much more open. The staff are always hard working and friendly and keep the lounge generally clean. As is the case with any lounge, how busy it gets really really affects the experience. When it’s busy it’s unpleasant but when empty (very very early in the morning) it can be quite nice. The lounge will fill up quite quickly after opening and usually there is a queue waiting to get in. But toilet facilities are however appalling. While located within the lounge, they are quite dated and usually have a queue of people waiting to get in the 6 or so cubicles available. This is just not good enough for a first class lounge. They are individual stalls which is nice and are generally quite clean but in major need of an upgrade and in need of more! All in all the major selling point of this lounge is its position in relation to the terminal and your route from taxi to plane. It very nice to have you’re own private section of the terminal which usually guarantees no check-in and security queues, and a very short walk from there to a comfy chair and coffee in the lounge. The facilities could use a face lift and if they continue improvement on the food section it will be good but all in all, to even be able to use this lounge you have to travel a lot. This means though you might be a discerning customer when it comes to airline lounges, you will use this place frequently and grow to like it a little bit. You will appreciate its layout in relation to the terminal and your travel experience, you will get to know it’s quirks, it’s up and downs and it will become like a mini home from home…”

“Had s fee hours to spend before flight to dublin . Went in at 14.00. Checked in within seconds by very nice staff member. Very nice choice of seating and lounge was kept nice and warm. Nice selection of food and drink to keep you going if you don't want a full hot meal. Well stocked and re stocked during my time . The lady re stocking and cleaning the tables was the nicest person you could meet working yhe whole time to keep the place clean not something you see all the time . this is a great spot to spend a few hours in peace and quiet and with staff like this will definitely be back next time at heathrow.
