“Agne very kindly stayed late at the salon for me to fit in a VERY last minute bridal appointment for a lash lift and tint. This is my second lash lift with Agne and the results are incredible!!! Perfect if you find lash extensions/false lashes too much, they open up your eyes and are so neat and perfect. I have always hated people touching my eye area but Agne makes me feel so at ease with her great music playlists, conversation and her infectious laugh. 10/10 would recommend”

From the first communication Vanessa was lovely and so helpful, she managed to fit me in and the treatment areas are really nice and so welcoming. “I love this boutique! It is such a calm and relaxing environment to be in and when you walk through the door you are greeted by a wave of soft music and amazing aromatherapy smells. I had a facial with Lucy and I felt so taken care off as she catered to my skin needs and went the extra mile by including a small arm chest and hand massage which made me feel so comfortable. I will be coming back as it was a great experience a would recommend to everyone.”

After moving into my new home, for two years we had an empty space above the fire place, but when visiting this shop I finally found a piece of art that would fit. “Apologies if I have reviewed twice. I had a full body massage with Reinu and it was lovely. So relaxing as well as relieving the tension in my back. I would highly recommend. Liz”

“I was disappointed that there was no lift, as women travelling alone are always put on the top floor for some reason. My room was also the first one from the stairs. Fortunately I was only disturbed but one group of people shouting along the corridor. My main complaint, though, was the freezing cold water coming from the shower. When I mentioned this to the receptionist as I left, she told me I should have informed reception. When I said I'm not sure how when I was in the shower, she just said "oh". Update to previous review: I stayed here last weekend and it felt completely different to last time. The day before I arrived, one of the receptionists, Megan, rang to check if there was anything in particular that I required for my room. I have been staying in Premier Inns for years and have stayed in loads of them and this has never happened before. She asked if I was coming for a special occasion and I mentioned it was my birthday the previous day and that I was visiting my daughter. When I arrived in my room, I found a box of chocolates, a can of lager and a small bottle of sparkling wine, along with a card and birthday message from the hotel. I thought this was such a lovely thing to do. Megan deserves a special mention because she was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.”

“I had to update my review, it’s 2022 and I now have my hair cut by James. Had a lovey experience as usual with cheerful flow of conversation (loved the option to let them know if I’m not up to talking and have a quiet cut instead). Atmosphere in the salon is calm, can’t wait to see all the new changes to come under new management. Highly recommend a visit. Review left in 2019: A wonderful experience with Lily, who colours and cuts she understood my long term plan with my colour, and got to work achieving perfection for me. From beginning to end I had an amazing time - with the most amazing head massage from assistant Lily. Can't wait for my next visit!”
