"Walked in for a haircut only to meet with a really rude barber telling me we were going to have to wait - completely appreciate that with a walk in but this guy refused to tell us how long and just kept on telling me who else was having their haircut. Only after asking 5 or 6 times do they tell me how long. Surely its not that difficult! Don't understand why some people are some rude!"
