"Very disappointed. I went to have a full-head highlights last Saturday with a lady called Grace. I wanted a 'sun kissed' look, one to two tones lighter then my natural hair colour, with some warm tones. I ended up with a completely white, beached hair. The first thing my teen son told me when he saw me was that they aged me by 10 year with this colour, and gave me grey hair. I specifically said during my consultation that I cannot have a white, bleached hair as it ages me and washes me out, and it is exactly what I got. I paid £155 for this privilege. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place unless you want a factory type hairstyle. No individualised service. There is no point of having a consultation before the service and then doing the complete opposite to what the customer wanted. Price Tag does not reflect the skill level."

"I had to update my review, it’s 2022 and I now have my hair cut by James. Had a lovey experience as usual with cheerful flow of conversation (loved the option to let them know if I’m not up to talking and have a quiet cut instead). Atmosphere in the salon is calm, can’t wait to see all the new changes to come under new management. Highly recommend a visit. Review left in 2019: A wonderful experience with Lily, who colours and cuts she understood my long term plan with my colour, and got to work achieving perfection for me. From beginning to end I had an amazing time - with the most amazing head massage from assistant Lily. Can't wait for my next visit!"
