“This hotel is amazing, I stayed for 4 nights in the King deluxe room the rooms were clean & housekeeping team was lovely. The pool, spa & gym was fantastic, the only downside is having to pay a £20 fee to use the spa, besides that I Would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest!☺️”

“I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

“Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”

“Love this hotel. Great staff. Good location for transport as it is within walking distance from Waterloo Tube and Mainline stations. The station has an M&S when you want a packed lunch. New street cafe at hotel has hot water bottles and heaters for the colder days. Short walk to St Thomas's hospital, London Eye, South Bank entertainment center and Westminster bridge.”

“Amazing hotel, great location - across road from Aldgate East tube station. Lots of things go do and see in this area - Sunday market was on nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sam and The breakfast was beautiful - you just go up and help yourself to cereal and the hot buffet. There is a good selection available - bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, mushrooms etc. Lots of different types of bread / cake available and coffee / hot chocolate etc from a machine. The bedrooms were bigger than a lot of the hotels I’ve been to before and really modern and clean. The shower was really good and there were no unwelcome noises when we wanted to sleep. “The hotel is really beautiful. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I will share with you one of the examples which reflect the professionalism of the reception. I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

“Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids lived in this very nice hotel for three nights during March 2023. It is a very nice hotel, with overall nice rooms and very good service. We booked two rooms, one studio suite to serve as day-time room and sleeping accommodation and an additional standard room (a.k.a. "cozy room") to make sleeping for the four of us less crowded. The kids no longer want to share a sofa bed :) There is a significant difference in standard between the studio suite and the standard/cozy room. The studio suite is very nicely furnished, but the cozy room is quite sparsely furnished, and doesn't for instance have bedside lights. So it's rather sterile really. But it didn't matter to us since we spent daytime for the entire family in the studio suite. Recommendation if you want to stay here is to book an upgraded room.”

“The service from the staff was great, David and Kelwin were very attentive and ensured we were happy and that we had everything we wanted. The food was absolutely gorgeous, the chicken was tender, the rice was fresh and the naan & poppadoms were cooked perfectly. The restaurant is nice, Morden and spacious with plenty of drink choices and nice music. Definitely one of the best curries we’ve had in a long time and will be back again.”

“Wow. These are my only words for this amazing restaurant. The ramen was homemade and of a quality you would expect from an extremely expensive restaurant. Not only were the noodles fresh and silky, but the broth was flavourful and filling, what a pleasure to have found this restaurant! As for the prices, we paid around 20£+ for each dish, which was sup prising considering how good the ramen was. Not only was the food good but so were the drinks! We ordered a yuzu lemonade and a ginger soda, which were both homemade and extremely good! The service was also top notch. Overall we would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area! A finsbury must-have!”

Drinks and food we're easy to order on the app, and delivered really promptly to our table. “Rooms were adaquate for what we needed. Its not a high end hotel but a large bed maybe a super king, so plemty of room We were in loft room had a quirky ensuite door but worked very well. There is a mini fridge in room nothing in but to use for any items you need to keep cool and fresh Also a mini safe, we didnt use this Was warm and clean and great located my sheppards bush station literally next door”

“Brady in the bar restaurant went above and beyond. It was extremely busy so the waiters were fully engaged for a lot of the time. Brady was serving behind the bar. he saw people in the bar area were waiting for refills of drinks. He stepped up and provide a very smooth service in collecting used cups and replacing with new order. Excellent service!”

“I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.”
