“I originally ordered flowers from Croydon Blooms via direct2florist, but wanted to cancel as soon as I saw the Pink Candy hatbox on Croydon Blooms' own website. So, I rang Croydon Blooms up straight away and told them of my self-inflicted predicament - the lady on the phone was so helpful and said she'd not accept that order so that I wouldn't get charged twice, whilst I cancelled with direct2florist. And she also told me to ring her back if I have any other problems. Once I placed the final order, another lady rang me up to ask me if I'd be ok with a replacement flower as the buds pictured on their website were out of season. I know nothing about flowers, so I let the florists do what they do best, and I was not disappointed. It arrived no later than 3 hours after I placed the order, super quick! The hatbox itself was so beautifully arranged. And the macarons were delicious (I will need to find out where those are from!). Overall, I had a brilliant experience with Croydon Blooms. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for making my parents' ruby anniversary special, everyone at Croydon Blooms!”

The lovely lady at the till offered to replace it immediately and then was really helpful checking that my mum could use it due to the arthritis in her thumbs. “Great prices! Knowledgable staff! I first went here for a bike pump after trying the bike shop next door and being quoted minimum £80 for a bike pump! Went in got a dual cylinder pump for crazy cheap price! Its a great shop, can park right outside, its on a bus route too! Been there since to get chisels, a couple drill bits and something else ive forgotten, all for such a great price its been wonderful! I do like screwfix but its also nice to get a few pieces for just a great price, that just do the job! Staff know their stuff, ive walked in explained in detail what i wanted and theyve immediately said yes or no and when its a yes ( most of the time ) where to find it. Some shops now like a wickes or b and q, if you ask for even a type of hinge they stare blankly at you, but this place is good :) Recommended!”
