“Our tour guide, Rachel was the best! We had just come off of a fairly active cruise around the United Kingdom with 14 stops and we had already spent 2 jam packed days in London. To say we were tired is an understatement. Rachel, tailored our day with some walking and a ton of history. This lady knows London inside and out! I really wanted to see Abbey Road. She even snapped some pictures of us in the crosswalk. We also had Sunday Roast in a little pub. The perfect end to a great trip.”

“Felt very different as an experience but also familiar! Really enjoyed the senses themed challenges and experiences, all of which were expertly facilitated by Nathan, who added a great personality and fun vibe to the overall experience. Also loved that it was an opportunity for larger groups (10-15) to do something together, compared to the typical 5 or 6 person maximum that comes with most escape rooms.”

She is very approachable and I specially appreciate she took the time to explain what was happening at each step so I could get into the chair with more confidence. “I really love this concept. This was my second time in London and eating at Flat Iron this year and they didn't disappoint. Once you walk in, they get you seated, bring you a cup of popcorn immediately while you're waiting for the service to make your order. The steak is delicious and once you're paying you'll get a small "coin" for an exchange for the ice cream at the bar as you're leaving. I love this concept! No extra charges for the popcorn and ice cream. Good job!”

“Absolutely loved our lunch there. I've done a few of the 3 Michelin stars in London and I think La Dame de Pic is as good as those (if not better than some of them) even though it is a 2 stars. The whole experience was a delight from taste to presentation, including a very attentive service and a lovely setting/atmosphere.”

“We stayed here as our mini-moon for a weekend. The staff were very attentive, Kamel in particular was very kind and welcoming. The food were delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast had a lot to offer and choices and again, very quick and lovely service and food. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The extra attention to detail and dedicated card did not go unnoticed. Overall, a very pleasant stay to celebrate our wedding!”

“One of my rare 5-star reviews :-P. Check-in: Uncomplicated, and pleasant, with Peter explaining facilities available. Room: Wow. Large, spacious (by London standards), clean, and clean modern decor. Small functional kitchenette with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso machine, tea, cookies, UHT milk. Bathroom equally spacious, with adjustable height shower (no rainfall shower, if that matters to you). Small settee at the end of the bedto stretch out and relax. Comfortable bed, with reading lights. Small table with chairs, for a quick bite to eat. Room relatively quiet, very little noise intrusion from outside, occasional noise from corridor, but all in all, pretty quiet. Facilities: Breakfast (7-11 weekdays) served at lobby lounge. Continental and simple; best to inspect prior to purchase to decide value for money. Lounge was clean and open to guests, with 24/7 coffee/tea available. Staff: Friendly throughout. Room wasn't serviced for 2 night stay, but that was OK with me. Location: A little bit of a walk from Underground or Overground station (15 mins brisk walk), but buses available. Lots to eat in the vicinity, looks like quite a thriving and mid-scale neighborhood. 10 mins brisk walk to the British Design Centre. (Minor) Grouses: No shower gel provided (but shampoo, tiny bar of soap and body lotion). More eco approach would be to provide dispensers for the above, rather than single use plastics. Detergent and sponge provided for kitchenette, but no dishcloth or disposable wipe (paper towels provided, though!) Summary: Modern, spacious, comfortable. Would stay again, in a shot!”

“Popped here with a few work colleagues after being stuck on the m25 and the breakfast was amazing came fast, hot and served by lovely friendly waitresses, menu has a huge selection very reasonably priced and great milkshakes too, have to say if ever I’m in the area again I would definitely re visit”

“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”

“Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London.”

“phenomenal food!!! If you want to drink beer or wine just go to the mini markey nearby and buy some. Thats what we did. Everything at this place was amazing. Everyone had a good time. Thier are no reservations so it's a first come first serve very small and intimate establishment. The service is fairly quick and great. The egg and tomato soup was delectable.”

“Visited on the last day of Pokemon Worlds and never regretted it! I love how spacious the area is and many activities are being held simultaneously in different rooms and you can spend hours and hours just exploring the whole event and not get bored. There were lots of cafes and restaurants where you can dine in and eat plus seating areas where you can just rest and relax. They should definitely bring back this event next year!”

“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“I cannot fault it as a Travelodge. It is a fairly new built hotel and it shows. Well placed and I liked the Wimbledon theme running through the hotel. The rooms we had were great, quiet and warm. Well equipped tea/coffee, TV and en-suite, toiletries. We had booked breakfast and that was really good. We (as a three) could not sit together as it was busy, sat us opposite which was fine. Parking is on street and expensive so if you are bring a car then book close by. Location wise everything within Wimbledon is walking distance or was for us.”

“This hotel was perfect for us. We really liked being right at Earl's Court. Very convenient to jump on the tube and get to anywhere we needed to go. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Victoria was awesome at helping us get our room situated (first one the tv didn't work), second one the tub drain didn't work. But you're going to have these types of issues in an older hotel. Victoria kept at it until she got us accommodated like we wanted. Thank you! But we would def stay here again. Loved the breakfast, staff were absolutely fabulous. Alicia, Hannah, Maria and Sharven were so happy to serve you every morning. They did a great job! Can't wait to come back.”

“Love this hotel. Great staff. Good location for transport as it is within walking distance from Waterloo Tube and Mainline stations. The station has an M&S when you want a packed lunch. New street cafe at hotel has hot water bottles and heaters for the colder days. Short walk to St Thomas's hospital, London Eye, South Bank entertainment center and Westminster bridge.”
