I called the store, ordered my items and the friendly staff delivered it to my door. “I had the pleasure of visiting waitrose in South Harrow today as I wanted to compare it with my local Ruislip branch which always seems to have empty shelves,fridges & freezers and is pretty poor by comparison, I think someone from head office should go and take a look and remodel the Ruislip branch on the South Harrow branch which in my opinion is how all waitrose stores should be, how can it be that the two stores can be so different?”
