"What terrible people. Because it is the closest parcel shop I always bring Hermes parcel there. Last time he didn't accept my parcel saying the scanner was broken. Today he did not accept and said that the scanner is not reading the code and that this is not Hermes' parcel. I said it was Hermes and showed him confirmation by e-mail. then the second man shouted at me and said that the end of the conversation and parcels would not be accepted. there were two man and they had been hasty and rude to me since I entered the store. maybe they are racists or maybe they are dissatisfied with bringing parcels and not buying anything. I took my parcel to Hatch End and they accepted there and the scanner read the code. I do not recommend and will report to Hermes."
