"Dear Tasha I’m unable to give a new review that’s why I edit in same one I bought 2 bag of donuts £1 each and 2 biscuits I paid by Apple Pay After 30 minutes I knew about I bought extras snacks so far I came to return 1 donut and 1 biscuits which cost £1.5 something but choudry was not scanned my scanned my product he shakes in front of scanner in wrong side but he was cheated me “he told machine was not scanned sorry we can’t give refund “ I went to return my things but he wasted my time by searching something and told the system was not scanning this products I don’t know whether the people was not paying by their pocket"

"This is the third time , I have faced a same issue. Being a student we look for cheaper and better product because of which we calculate and choose a product accordingly. But in this store whenever I select a product , stand in a queue for billing and than when I scan the product it says totaly different amount what is mentioned against the product label. Again I need to check the product and join the queue, which waste my lots of time. Labelling of product price are not done properly, it always differ from the scanning machine price. As you can notice in the attached pictures which cheese I have picked and what price the product label says and what price has been charged."

"They lose my George item first occasion, on replacement, I’m currently waiting 38 mins and they can’t find the replacement. The store often is short staffed and the staff, whom are friendly enough are grossly incompetent. This is actually the worst store in all of England I’ve experienced."

"Never very much choice options or what I actually need. Very limited stocking. Never in line with other asda supermarkets. Shocking security staff, a guy barged past me and quick walked out of shop set off alarm and ran a few customers were laughing at how obvious he was and I witnessed the security guard on shift almost slow motion limped to door watched and did hand gesture of "forget it" and sat back down in his booth almost no effort whatsoever to even check cctv. I do now this guy in particular is a regular shoplifter in other shops too, but rather than accept it the appropriate actions need to be actioned and him caught and police called, and hopefully the appropriate punishment for his brazen ignorance. If we are going to accept and allow it why not everyone not bother to pay for their shopping."

"The service is very bad. I just wanted to collect a parcel from the collection point and had to wait for over 20 minutes in a queue of people paying for shopping. They really need to have someone dedicated to collections to be able to help customers!"
