"Fairly quiet at 9 am in a Thursday - good. Went round with the self scan system, as I have before to hopefully speed things up. However at the till everything had to be re scanned. Apparently it's happening to everyone today! Very frustrating for me and the shop assistants too! There was another customer there having the same issue. Grrr!"

"I had the pleasure of visiting waitrose in South Harrow today as I wanted to compare it with my local Ruislip branch which always seems to have empty shelves,fridges & freezers and is pretty poor by comparison, I think someone from head office should go and take a look and remodel the Ruislip branch on the South Harrow branch which in my opinion is how all waitrose stores should be, how can it be that the two stores can be so different?"

"Good after refurbish apart from toilets no longer there for customers which is a let down head office need to address as old customers can use like before and have to use adult diapers Please open the toilets for customers"

"I don't usually visit this waitrose, but today I did. I'm so glad I did as they had e everything I needed, including the chocolate and raspberry Swedish glace. Which is so hard to find in other stores. Also, we had excellent customer service from a very pleasant young woman at the self checkout. So overall, a lovely shopping experience."

"My local Waitrose in South Harrow employs really good staff generally . Cafe staff are always polite and friendly. The wine cellar guy is very well informed and helpful .Kristina went out of her way today to help me. Customer service desk lady was rude to her colleague who was helping me. Not very professional in front of customers."
