Went there and they knew nothing about it, but went out of their way to find out and ensured that they saw online is what I got, and was happy ! “A great inexpensive hotel. Service was a little slow at times as they seemed short staffed. The same guy checked us in, was later behind the bar and waiting tables for dinner, and was also single-handedly running the front of house for breakfast. Our room was clean and modern. There was a hair dryer but no safe. There are a few shops very close by, but apart from that there's nothing of interest in the local area. The hotel is a good option as a stopover or to use as a base as it's near major roads.”

“We have now worked with Sharon over the last 4 years on 6 items of furniture, all but one of which are much treasured family pieces. Which are now beautifully restored and enjoyed by us daily, apart from the blue rocking horse which is at Grandma's! As we are in Southampton each time we have had video calls, used photos and measurements to work out what needed to be done and to choose some fantastic fabric! Sharon is very thoughtful, listens to ideas and helps formulate a vision of the finished piece. “Required a boiler service and spent a while looking for a company with good reviews. Found Pete (P.H.Butler) and couldn’t be happier! Found a couple of fairly major issues with the boiler that other engineers seem to have ignored. Pete explained the issue with me and showed me the faults before completing any additional work. I then highlighted the terribly low water pressure in our shower and Pete explained through possible options explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each. In the end, we got P.H.Butler to change the water cylinder to a larger unvented unit. Very fair pricing with zero complaints - thoroughly recommended!”
