"Steph at Wrap and Tie Floral did our wedding flowers for our wedding at Pembroke Lodge in September. We had excellent suppliers but Steph really was a league apart. From our first meeting, Steph put us totally at ease and within 10 minutes had completely got what my husband and I wanted, despite us having no real clue about flowers or what we wanted beyond lots of greenery! She kept in touch over the course of 11 months, tweaking and adjusting the quote as we chatted. On the day, Steph delivered our flowers to The Petersham Hotel and I was staggered by just how beautiful they were. The bouquet was exactly what I had pictured, and she had created a beautiful flower crown for me, and two gypsophila Alice bands for my nieces. Our flowers at the venue were simply stunning and we got so many compliments from our guests. You can see how much Steph invests in her work and how important it is to her that you love the flowers. For this, and many other reasons, we cannot recommend Steph highly enough. Thank you Steph for making our day extra special."

She offered one to one meetings in person and over zoom to ensure I was happy every step of the way.
