"Very disappointing. Won ton soup was terrible - it's rather won ton drawn in tasteless water. Same with Chicken and mushrooms soup. No flavour. Shredded beef - well, it was fried for so long that you could only taste the coating. Duck was sort of OK, but most of the portion was just fatty skin. It was the worst money spend ever. No worth to pay £30 for 2 cups of water and and some fatty duck skin."

"I've used this takeaway for many years. I had a problem recently. On my next visit the lady behind the counter not only recognised me but also remembered my complaint. She made amends by giving me a complimentary dish. Great hospitality. Will definitely go there again."

"Under new management so a little early for recommendations as I used only once. Online ordering is now available as well as usual phone call. However online progress tracker is unhelpful as front of house staff too busy to update. Full distancing procedures in place. Nail bar opened next door so you may find parking a little different to hitherto. The meal I had today was ready for collection when I arrived, was hot and was very tasty. Nevertheless, sorry to see previous occupants leave as they served me very well for many years. Revisiting review several months on and having used their new website and delivery service. All good. The meals we enjoy are of consistent quality and, frankly, as good as we had for many years from previous owners. Have tried a delivery from a restaurant in Walton as a comparison. Food (same dish) was much less tasty, delivered cold and delivered to the wrong house. So very happy to rely on New Sunbury going forward."
