“I really like this pub, nothing flashy but dogs and kids were welcome, and it felt like a good mix of locals and people in to watch the football. Plenty of space, lots of tables. Would visit again.”

“The pub is just in the high street. Staff was amazing, the place is cozy, a big TV streaming all the futball matches. The portions of the starters are very good!! Totally recommend this place.”

I got a little drunk with my friends and dropped a glass, which was embarrassing, but the guy was so tolerant of my drunkenness (thank you) I will say, although the pub is lovely, the toilets are stinky (pee), which is the only thing. “I didn't eat at this restaurant however I broke down outside the restaurant and the lovely man working that night came out to check on me twice and asked if I wanted to sit inside while I waited for someone to tow my car. They let me use their facilities as well which I really appreciated. Seeing this kind of service really made my evening after my car breaking down and I would 100% eat here after seeing that service”

“We meet our friends here socially one morning a week for coffee which offers free refills. We then generally stay for lunch. I usually have curry but there are choices. It's such good value here and the best thing is it's lovely and warm too. We can stay as long as we like without feeling we ought to go. Its ideal for us.”
