“I’ve had ASICS for years and came in to upgrade my running shoes. Hiten was just brilliant - I was really impressed at the level of his knowledge and how he was able to help me choose the right shoe for my narrow feet. He seems to know the ASICS shoe models inside out. He was polite, efficient and meant I have stayed with ASICS instead of going to another brand. Would definitely recommend”

“Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.”
