"Visit Watford store 8/1/2023 and served by the lady with glasses, she was very unhelpful just want to know if I can place an order and collected, she was answer: order online. I did but can’t see the option for collected. And back to her as I didn’t see the collected for delivery order but she only said: there’s no then. With no apologies! Even smile!."
