"Visited twice in a week to collect orders. Saw different staff. Professional overall. Efficient, friendly, discreet. Telephoned to verify my order and was incredibly pleased to arrive in store and find that the desk staff had brought forward my order to ease collection process. She was really pleasant with lots of smiles. Here, staff immediately acknowledge your presence and a positive acknowledgement that it. Staff working are doing so quietly. Not a conversation to be heard yet communication is evident between staff. Grateful customer!!"

"The manager needs to be investigated he will try anything not to offer an exchange and abuse the 28 days policy. Sold faulty trainers and lied about the policy on exchange he is taking advantage of those who are not English speakers. He told me to go to Timpson to get the faulty trainers fixed!"
