“A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

She continued to be responsive and helpful after I'd agreed and paid, which shows her dedication and humanity. I've never felt scammed, rushed, or misled and always had the impression of professionalism and genuine care. She's been crucial to the whole experience so appreciate that. The surgery itself was daunting but the friendly and informative staff put me at ease. The guidance and information around the aftercare is pretty comprehensive and easy to follow. The proof in the pudding will come in future months, but early signs are promising and i'm really happy with the service I've received. I'd recommend for sure.”

“I started my Level 1 singing lesson as an absolute beginner with Mariam in October 2022 .She is a wonderful coach .She is attentive n understand my reasons to take up singing .I have learned various warming up exercises to relax tensions .and techniques n drills in singing .She is constantly checking on any tension n discomfort during the lesson .Overall I am satisfied n happy with the progress I have made from ground zero and have learned a couple of songs too .”
