"I'm not satisfied. I can't make an appointment for a GP. more than 1 week. And I'm pregnant and I have a prescription which gp. I have to get a prescription from my gynecologist and every time I call I am told that they don't have appointments and I have to call another day."

"I take back my previously good review. No help or empathy for sick child that’s been to a and e as not able to get an appointment. System makes it impossible To get an appointment."

"I wish I didn’t have to give this one star either! Receptionist not updating patients records even when they say they have; you can barely ever book any appointments; like today I called right on 8am as they claim I should to book appointment on the day but guess what I was caller number 33! And most of doctors seems not knowledgable they just say what you want me to prescribe for you?! Avoiddd"

"Awful practice. Reception staff are very friendly and I can’t fault them - but try getting to actually see a Doctor? Forget it. It feels like they’ve used conovirus as a convenient excuse to pretty much shut their doors to the public - with a two stage process to go through before you even get a chance of a face to face consultation. Doctors that I’ve seen have lacked empathy and can’t seem to wait to get you out the door. I hope that the fees they are being paid have been reduced in line with their reduced service but unfortunately I doubt it. Luckily I’ve just moved out of the area and can register with a new surgery."

"I was at this surgery yesterday to make an appointment for my 5yo son who is crying because of the pain of Tonsilitus. When I asked to see a doctor I was told to go back home and call the surgery. I then showed them on my phone that I had tried to call them literally 98 times to which I was told to go home and try calling again. The ladies behind the service desk are there to push patients away. They said the phones were ringing constantly but I could not hear a single phone ringing and they were sitting comfortably sipping coffee."
