Marco was in bed and got up to unlock the door as I had left my jacket in the bar (after hours). The drinks are cheap and it has pool and darts. Would definitely recommend. Marco is a legend!!”

The owners Dennis and Carly were always on hand with a friendly smile and local knowledge. The room was great. No request was ever too big or small and was always attended to immediately with care and attention to detail. The food in the restaurant is amazing. I will definitely be returning in the future.”

He couldn’t do enough for you. As well there was a beautiful walk over the road. Where I walked with my little dog and a great cafe a short walk up the road. All dog friendly. I will definitely go back.”

The botanical, light and airy feel ran through the hotel which added to its character. Didn’t feel like I was on a busy main road at all! Staff were extremely friendly in assisting us during our stay.”

At a stone's throw from Kings Cross station, Euston, British Library and most places to eat. The place is basic but good for the price point. Improvements needed in wifi speed. Other than that, very hospitable owners and staff and helped me with laundry when I was busy all day long in work meetings. Overall, a place I'd recommend in King's cross. If you're looking for a decent budget stay, OYO Kings is a decent place to be.”

We had penthouse apartment, with stunning view on stadium and whole city of London. This place had everything you actually need, and if there is something that you don’t have in your apartment, you can allways rent it in main lobby, or some neighbours will borrow it to you. Apartment, hallways and lobby are allways clean and smell nice. You have gym, 8ball pool, private cinema, penthouse bar, playroom, room for remote working at your use 24/7…. I highly recommend this place for longer stays.”

Allied Taxis Watford
● Open“I’ve given A1 Taxis a 5 star review after they went above and beyond to help me in my hour of need. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. The office staff couldn’t have been more helpful, I mean they REALLY did things to help that they didn’t have to, and the driver was incredible - got me where I needed to be quickly and smoothly and was super friendly. Having left my bag on the tube, complete with laptop etc, I knew the train terminated at Watford, but I couldn’t get hold of the station. I called the A1 Watford station office, and before I’d even finished explaining the situation, they’d walked to the tube station to help find my bag. Incredibly, they found it! A1 offered to send me my bag in one of their cars, but the station staff needed to see my ID, so A1 sent a car to me at Amersham which arrived as my train got in, quickly drove me to Watford just as the station was shutting, reunited me with my bag, then A1 drove me home. These guys have restored my faith in humanity. Great people, great taxi firm.”

All four cars were on time, drivers friendly and nice clean cars. No faults in my opinion. I will definitely use A1 again.”
