● Closed“This hostel was the best hostel we’ve been to in the UK! The room was very clean, the kitchen was clean and very well-equipped. The staff was super nice and helpful. And also they were chilling in the kitchen a lot, listening to cool music, working on their laptops and chatting with us and giving us advice! This gave the hostel a real family vibe! It honestly felt like a family hostel. Super chill and super cute. Also it’s possible to borrow hairdryers and towels for free! Additionally, they offered free pancakes on Sunday and a family dinner every Thursday:) The only downside was the bathrooms, they were good but not excellent. But since this was the only downside, I will still give this hostel 5 starts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed in the hostel for 3 nights and we loved it!”

● Open“We stayed in the deluxe room for up-to 4 people. The room had a fold up double bed then through a door into another room with another double bed, desk, tea/coffee area, then onto a spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy, lots of towels, shower gel and endless supplies of coffee and tea. (Even bottles of water which is a fab touch) Prior to the stay I was messaging the vendor on WhatsApp all questions were quickly responded to. We were allowed to drop off out bags hours before check in and also allowed to leave our bags well over check out. Our stay was wonderful we were so surprised how amazing it was, all the facilities that you need. Even had a kitchen you could access in the basement if you wanted to cook, iron etc. From the property we were two mins walk away from London Bridge, Tesco and lots of bars/ cafes. All in all the price was brilliant In comparison to other hotels locally. I would highly recommend staying here. Great value for what we received. We will certainly return back here the next time we’re in London.”

Excellent job completed at our student property which had 6 messy tenants - oven left spotless, inside kitchen units washed, no grease to be found anywhere. I'm happy and the landlord is also that we got all our deposit back which we never expected if you'd seen the mess we left the place in. A pat on the back for the hard working staff of Mayer.”

Hinge on the door of the wardrobe needs screwing back into place, but small petty things. Would 100% stay here again. Especially with it because a stones throw away from Thorpe Park & Legoland.”

The loft turned out to be very clean, tidy and well furnished, including everything we needed. Luigi has provided us with towels, bathrobes, slippers, body care products and everything needed for our stay (milk, coffee, tea, salt, etc.). The host made himself extremely available during our stay both in terms of information on what to see and on getting around London, also sending us a map of the subway to help us orient ourselves better. Our London holiday was great thanks to him, we will definitely be back.”

Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”
