“Absolutely delightful experience shopping at this store! I had bought a coat from a different New Look store and had 2 issues : I realised I wanted a different size and the person at that store had forgotten to remove the security tag. So with these issues and the receipt I went to this New Look store and the lady at the store was very nice about the whole thing. I ended up buying a different coat altogether and she made the return and buying the new coat very seamless. Unfortunately I couldn't ask her name but she definitely needs a big kudos! :)”

“I looove Brandy Melville!! I have been wanting to go to a Brandy store in real life, since i’ve only been shopping online, so i was really happy going to this store in London. A really lovely experience!!! The girls (who were SOOOO pretty) made the experience really enjoyable even tho the store was quite full when i went. The Carla Hoodie that I bought here is surely one ofmy favourite brandy items! I imagine that it will so warm and comfortable for cold winter days. I completely recommend this hoodie and would absolutely buy again! It’s really soft and comfortable. Feels casual but can be worn with almost anything. The hoodie has the size XLarge, (didn’t know that brandy sold other sizes than xs or one size??) so it’s obviously really big buuut that makes it kinda special :) The Carla Hoodie that i bought here is quite heavy but as i said before, i think that it’ll be absolutely perfect for this winter season!! Brandy Melville definitely my go to shop if I need new clothes. The only thing is that the top I ordered is slightly thin. I’m also disappointed to see how little diversity there is and how all of the models are so slim, the sizing says it is “regular fit” but only fits xs/s sizes.I feel that they should include different sizing for all clothing so that all sizes feel welcome.”

“Honestly a superb Customer service by the Sisters. Has to be one of the best Asian Clothes shop in Whitechapel. I am not saying that because of the discount me and my wife got today. Its because of the quality of the clothes they had today. We will be shopping in Mahir more often compare to any other shop they beat them with customer focus. Very welcoming.”
