"This used to be such a lovely shop with great management. Today the assistant was aggressive and so unhelpful. Very demeaning despite my having bought over £500 of items recently. One had developed a fault. Terrible customer service. Had anyone had witnessed it I am sure they would be very surprised at the attitude for no apparent reason!"
