"Really rude store assistant shouted at me and my elderly mother today to get out of the (apparently closed) fitting room, even though there were no signs saying it was shut. She continued to shout and tell us to leave even when she could see we were getting our things together. The experience was upsetting and really ruined a nice shopping trip. We'd had excellent customer service by another lady upstairs but this was ruined by the unprofessional and rude attitude of this other woman. She should not work in retail!"
