I was pleasantly surprised as they went above and beyond to help me. My dress was dropped off and fixed on the same day, in a matter of hours. The fee charged was very reasonable. The quality of work was exceptional. It wasn't an easy fix and they even took the time to sew the care label back on. All in all, perfect, trustworthy, professional and efficient!! Thank you.”

“Ordered a Rogue Territory supply jacket in Medium. Within minutes, I had an email checking that I really had meant to order a medium because most people size up and the jacket has quite a slim fit. After following the advice in the email I realised I probably should size up, so they agreed to switch the order for me. A day or two later, the jacket arrived and yep, sizing up was the correct decision. Fantastic customer service.”

“My 'go to' clothing shop , I head out to Blue from London maybe once or twice a year. I have to admit I hate shopping but they make it SO easy here. Super suitable for my shape and I can't believe how flattering some of their clothes are - Donna suggested a couple of things to try on and KAPOW ! I wish I could impress upon you how 'worth it ' a visit would be. Just try it once and you will have some lovely well priced things to cheer up your wardrobe. I went last Saturday and I'm thrilled.”

“A nice new store. The Primark in Harrow hasn’t closed down, it has been relocated in the shopping centre (where BHS used to be). It is very spacious inside, however the queues do get very long.”
