"Rude. My husband brought me roses for Valentine’s Day. They cost a small fortune. After 4 days they were dying, I telephoned she told me she has had no other complaints and have been in Northwood for years. I too have been here for years. I have had flowers from this shop before and the last time was the same. She blamed the warehouse where she got them from and told me to bring them back in and she would take it up with them. It’s not my problem, I don’t want to hear about suppliers, she was not apologetic I found the Lady incredibly rude. I will not be buying from them ever again. They went from big shop to a half shop. I wonder why?? Use Mansi or supermarket at half the price!"
"Wow, what a shocking place this is for customer service and product. I spent over £80. The flowers were awful, not very fresh, and only lasted a few days. I tried to explain to the manager, who said she did the flowers herself and there was nothing wrong with them. I think she was lying!!!! What do you do with the old flowers??? Mix them in with fresh ones and hope no one notices them."
