“I love this pub! It's a local boozer and not a tourist trap but if you are a tourist staying in the local area I would recommend dropping in and meeting some locals. I used to live around here and every time I’m back in the area I’ll pop in for a few pints and food. It really has great prices on UK ales, great cask ales and smaller brewery ales too and usually a varied range of them on tap. I’d likely bet they have some of the best prices in London for good drinks. Also note this pub is in the good beer guide and cask marque certified. Food has been very good to excellent and they get it out quickly. Breakfast here is also very good and well priced with pretty much unlimited coffee for only £1.20. I will add the staff have always been very nice and generally attentive. I’ve been coming here off and on since the early ‘90’s when it opened. I totally would recommend this local pub.”

“Dim lighting and gas fires to warm the pub up. Quick food service on Sunday evening. The bar serving area is of a island type. Pub over two levels and there is a small beer garden. There are some "secluded" seating. Toilets could do with some fixing up but not the worst. Pub is located on a main road so has a good bus service and tube station about 10 minutes walk. I would go there again.”

“We walked to this pub that was on the corner next to our hotel. We liked it so much we ate there again the next night. From the security at the door, who dismayed a great sense of humor, to the bartender who took our order, it was a great experience both nights. I highly recommend them!”

“Love this wetherspoon for cheap and cheerful food! The decor is fantastic and the staff are super helpful. It is normally busy but seats do become available quickly. Random but definitely check out the women's toilet! Loads of vegan options. Vegan bao buns were dry but otherwise everything else was very good.”

“A lovely pub with a slightly more modern feel than your average spoons. Standard seating options available with seating out the front as well and picnic benches out the back (there is also a small covered area out the back). In fact there is a very colourful stained glass thingy on the ceiling just before you go out the back - just in case you're interested in that sort of thing. The staff were friendly and cheerful and the breakfast (with eggs) was as good as always. I did hang around after my late breakfast and the Guinness was excellent.”

“Nice big wetherspoons which is due to close soon apparently. Haven't been here for about 20 years and I must say, things have improved a great deal- thank goodness. The staff were polite and friendly- I think everyone I saw was smiling. There was a good crowd in but the service did not suffer. My wrap and chips for lunch were lovely and the Guinness was excellent. I'm sure this pub will be missed”

“I just love the app. Ordering food and drinks from the table is an absolute game changer. I always hated the push and pull of the queing experience. Now I can browse the various drinks options and make sure I choose the cheapest double rum and Pepsi Max available.”

“The decor is more akin to an airport pub or a 3 star hotel but it works well and feels spacious and glamorous. The drink prices are amazing even for a spoons. 99p for a Greene King IPA. Highly recommend best pub I've been to in New Malden.”

“We meet our friends here socially one morning a week for coffee which offers free refills. We then generally stay for lunch. I usually have curry but there are choices. It's such good value here and the best thing is it's lovely and warm too. We can stay as long as we like without feeling we ought to go. Its ideal for us.”

“I went to lunch and ordered a fish and chips and my husband a mixed grill. both delicious. pleasant environment, calm and very clean. Helpful and smiling waiters/waitresses. I was very happy with the time spent in the pub. parking is expensive and if I can recommend: go by bus, the bus stop is in front. super recommend. have crayons to entertain the kids.”

“Ace as any good Wetherspoon! The location is huge, the toilets are clean, the service is quick and the staff are kind. I had the 3 small plates for £13.95: chicken wings (delicious Parmesan dip sauce), chicken strips, and loaded fries (bacon and brie cheese). I enjoyed my food and a pint of Thatchers cider!”

“Called in for a couple of drinks on a hot day, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. An eclectic mix of clientele, but all very friendly. Nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, and one I'd like to go back to. Unfortunately, the Miller's Well is on the list to be sold by Wetherspoon as of writing this. Hoping another chain will take it on. It would be a shame for the area to lose a good watering hole.”
