"The pub is right next to the river so you have a lovely view. Staff are really friendly. It’s a Wetherspoons so it’s really good value for money food isn’t going to be amazing but I was surprised how decent my pizza was."

"Nice location and atmosphere but really poor food quality. Soup from Heinz and they forgot to bring the bread and butter, which is store bought and not even toasted. I had to explain to the waiter that the bread was part of the order, because he didn’t know. Bangers and mash could have been cooked better than me and that’s saying something - all warmed up in the microwave. Chicken Katsu served with Basmati rice instead of Japanese rice. Everything tastes bland and was haphazardly placed together. Also the gravy bowl came cracked and the gravy looks like it was puked up by something. The cocktail came with no alcohol but, at least, looks good. I’m surprised how low quality the food was in a Wetherspoons chain. I usually enjoy Whetherspoons. I feel sorry for the chief, because it seems like they’ve lost all motivation to cook."

"Thats the most beautiful JD pub I have ever visited. Same price of food and drinks. Fantastic. You can make orders on your app."

"Nice and spacious pub overlooking the Thames in Putney, it is light and airy inside and has plenty of seating available throughout. Enjoyed a relaxing pint of Maximus ale as I watched the world go by. Had the impression that this is being positioned as a ‘high-end Spoons’, but the menus were still grubby, the tables and flooring still on the sticky side, and the toilets still horrible. Standard stuff."

"Great location situated by the river with plenty of outdoor seating. The pub was very busy and there was a very rude member of staff who told us to sit down as we were in his way! He returned and said move, with no further comment. There was no free chairs and plenty of room for is tall, lanky and boney frame to get past. Food was good but marked down because of staff members unprofessional attitude and rudeness."
