“Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. “This review is for dog boarding not grooming as I don't have a dog that needs grooming so I have only used Dollys for boarding but they are absolutely brilliant. Amanda was quick to respond to my enquiry, very friendly and made a huge effort to accommodate my dog at very short notice. Her staff are lovely, very caring and knowledgeable about dogs of all breeds. Mine is an 8 year old flat coated retriever and I could tell, when I picked him up that he'd been very happy there despite never having boarded there before. Dollys is very professional. There is comprehensive paperwork to fill out beforehand which instils great confidence as then you know they have all the information they need about your dog to give him the best possible care. Dollys compares very highly with other dog boarding services I've used in the past and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.”

“First time we had brunch at Fego Cobham, had a great experience. We arrived at 11:30am on a weekday, served immediately. The poached egg and smashed avocado on sourdough bread was ok, pretty standard, very filling. The Mexican-inspired Ranchero, on the other hand, was rather delightful: poached eggs, sautéed potatoes, chorizo, mushroom, jalapenos, smashed avocado, coriander yoghurt. A medium spicy, tomatoey flavour - just perfect! Generous portion as well. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent local vet who cared for our cat professionally and with great care during an illness that sadly led to her death. Andy in the team was amazing always explaining the situation and treatment options and doing his very best. He was also outstanding with my wife and daughter when the end came and really helped them in a difficult time. Many thanks indeed.”

“What I really like about the Wine Reserve, other than the fantastic selection they have, is the knowledge, the interest and the passion the staff have for wine. Their recommendations have been great, and the service, the charm and the options on offer are all excellent. “Great experience from start to finish & rob was extremely helpful. I ended up returning the SIM driver after a rattle in the head appeared after using it a handful of times, they arranged for the driver to be picked up along with dropping off a new driver head within 24 hours. I can honestly say they went above and beyond to make sure i was happy & there was a suitable resolution to the issue.”

“This was my favorite pub. We spent a great deal of time and money there. Good friends made, both staff and locals. Unfortunately, the manager, has no class and a bad attitude. The Runner is on suspension, for me, for 60 days. If it ever happens again, I won’t spend another £ there. Reply - I am not about to Dox anybody. We love the food, atmosphere and friendships. The absolute majority of your staff is excellent. A little bit of tact goes a long way though, as opposed to a “Shoosh”. You should indeed have a conversation with managers about how they deal with people, especially some that drop 500 quid a month. Thanks, Ollie, Very Best. Update - The Running Mare has definitely upped their game. Give credit where credit is due. This is a wonderful place where You will find kind and interesting people. The day went better than smoothly and the friendliness, exuberance and efficiency of the staff on the day really wowed us. The venue speaks for itself and the attention to detail was faultless. We would recommend Woodlands Park Hotel (and in particular, Cheyenne Crombie, the event coordinator) without hesitation. It was a wonderful day, the communications leading up to the day were superb and the day went without hitch or glitch.”
