The Mitre Hampton Court
“Stayed in the Catherine Parr Suite for 3 nights across our wedding in August (bank hol). The room is beautiful - large, clean, comfortable, complimentary mini-bar (+ welcome wine and cookies), efficient room service and has views over to the Palace. The meal we had there was really good quality and the breakfast selection is good too (although a shame cooked breakfast isn't included unless you're in a suite). The staff were all helpful and friendly and any issues were dealt with quickly. Staying again in December!”
Best Western Chiswick Palace
“Welcoming and helpful staff, off road parking (nominal charge), very clean and bright room with en suite shower room, plenty of hot water, tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable beds, great choices of buffet style breakfast and a very good location for transport links and amenities. We have stayed previously and will no doubt return.”
Innkeeper's Collection Greenwich
“Perfect location, lovely part of London. The hotel feels relaxed and friendly. A special shout out to Jackie on breakfast, lovely lady with lots of advice. Will definitely stay again”
Davies Court (Canary Wharf)
“I really liked my stay at Davies Court. The management and the rest of the team are very friendly good people, always keen to help. The place is always kept clean. The small gym is very handy if you can't afford to splash out on a commercial gym membetship. Location is awesome. Bus stops at the door front, convenience stores very nearby, Canary Wharf, gyms etc. I've spent a long time there and can't recommend enough this gem of a hostel for students or professionals.”
Latimer
“Cannot say enough good stuff about the agents at Latimer. The rentals were never perfect but the agents always listened and did their best to make sure the stay was pleasant. Its no surprise we stayed longer than anticipated. Amazing work.”

“From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Looking down Kingdom Street from the amphitheatre in Sheldon Square, PaddingtonCentral The Paddington Waterside Partnership is the body coordinating regeneration of the Paddington Special Policy Area around Paddington Station in London. The project covers an area almost the size of Soho, creating about 10,000,000 square feet (930,000 m2) of space between 1998 and 2018. It consists of 13 individual projects in the triangle of land between Praed Street, Westbourne Terrace and the A40 Westway, most notably PaddingtonCentral and Paddington Basin. In 2000, the Independent described it as "the largest central London redevelopment scheme since the Second World War".[1] Contents 1 History 2 Projects 2.1 PaddingtonCentral 2.2 Stone Wharf 2.3 55-65 North Wharf Road and Telstar 2.4 10-50 Eastbourne Terrace 2.5 Triangle Site 2.6 Paddington Station 2.7 Paddington Basin and Merchant Square 2.8 North Wharf Gardens 2.9 Paddington Health Campus and St Mary's Hospital 2.10 Hilton London Paddington 2.11 Sorting Office 2.12 West End Quay 2.13 Hilton London Metropole 3 References 4 External links History One and Three Kingdom Street from the south. The Paddington Arm of the Grand Junction Canal opened on 10 July 1801,[2] linking Paddington to the Bull's Bridge junction near the future site of Heathrow Airport. The Grand Junction (now part of the Grand Union Canal) was the final link in a chain of canals that reduced the distance from London to Birmingham from 269.5 miles (434 km) in 1789 to 138.5 miles (223 km) in 1805;[3] terminating the canal at Paddington gave easy access to main roads into London and the level route meant no locks were needed on its 13.5-mile (22 km) length. In contrast the Regent's Canal needed 12 locks for the 86-foot (26 m) descent from Paddington to the Thames at Limehouse. The canal was an instant success, with warehouses and housing springing up around it.[4] Canal traffic increased further when the Regent's Canal linked Paddington to the Port of London in 1820, but Paddington Basin was "practically killed" as a port[5] as business was lost to wharves such as City Road Basin that were closer to the docks and the City of London. Paddington regained importance as a transport interchange with the arrival of the railway in 1838. Canal traffic transferred to the railways during the nineteenth century and fell away completely after World War II; the closure of the Regent's Canal Dock in 1969 marked the coup de grâce. A similar switch from rail to road in the second half of the twentieth century left the Paddington goods yards redundant by the early 1980s. The land became derelict, with no public access to the canal land until 1987.[6] The Paddington Special Policy Area was designated in 1988.[7] The Paddington Regeneration Partnership, later the Paddington Waterside Partnership, was formed in 1998 to coordinate the regeneration of the area,[8] now designated as the Paddington Special Policy Area. This followed the establishment of the King's Cross Partnership in 1996[9] to develop a similar mix of railway and canal land around King's Cross station, a project that became known as King's Cross Central. The first plans for Paddington envisaged 10,000,000 square feet (930,000 m2) of new space,[10] more than the original Canary Wharf development,[6] in an area the size of Soho.[6] This compares with the 505,000 sq ft (46,900 m2) of 30 St Mary Axe (the "Gherkin")[11] and 1,238,000 sq ft (115,000 m2) of the skyscraper at One Canada Square.[12] Outline planning perm”

The George - JD Wetherspoon
“I always love the franchise of Wetherspoon. I was in Croydon and I had to try it. It never disappoints. Great veg wrap, the idea of bottomless coffee makes it even better. The George-JD is beautiful with books and antique look. It's huge and therefore you have 2 counters in here. Must visit!”
The Princess Royal Notting Hill
“Surprisingly great food and kind waitstaff. We were 30 minutes late to our reservation (incredibly rude of our group) and they still were accommodating and sat us right away. The food was a mix of pub contemporary classics and some fun special dishes - the mango crudo, anchovies, tartar and fig tartartan stood out. Service was slow at points but it was a very busy night and no one was ever standing still. Will return for dinner or a drink in their lovely garden.”

“It's a beautiful home with a very nice host. He offered us tea after we arrived there from the airport after a exhausting day at the airport.”

The Grasshopper Inn
“Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. There is an incredible breakfast, lunch and dinner menu; I ate the second best burger I've had my whole life there, easily. Warm, comfortable rooms that create a luxurious and relaxing stay. I'll be back.”
Sandeman-Allen House (Bayswater)
“Stayed here for just over 4 weeks, was meant to be longer but had to change my plans slightly. However, the staff have been beyond helpful and go out of their way to accomodate at every point. The facilities are exactly what you'd expect, everything in common use is cleaned daily, and rooms get cleaned once a week (unless you request to not have cleaners come in) and ammenidies are what you'd expect from the description. There is plenty of bathrooms/showers to go around, everything works fine. some of the bathrooms/showers are on the smaller size, but it is really nothing to be complained about. Food is provided twice a day. The portions are very generous and it is good quality/balanced meals, especially considering they cook in such large quantities. And as a vegetarian, I was always catered for just as well as any meat dish, which is unfortunately often rare. So no complaints there. But what really makes the stay is all the staff being beyond helpful. They are friendly and welcoming, and made for an excellent stay. Due to the current epidemic they provide room service for meals and will accomodate self-isolation in every way, including providing private rooms at no extra cost for the duration of the isolation. So that is beyond fantastic. Really can not recommend enough, and will be staying again. The hostel is honestly the best I have been to for the price and location, and I have stayed in many of the hostels around this area before.”
Yardley Court
“Newly structured apartments and we'll maintained with high security access”
Oakdale Serviced Apartments
“Great apartment, very clean and close to the town center, restaurants, shops and train station. It had everything we needed and more. The communication with the host was really good, they were quick to reply and helpful. They made everything so easy, the check in, the check out. We even asked for an extra night and everything was easy to solve. We will choose them again if we need another apartment in Woking, for sure!”
Sandown House
“A magnificent apartment block in Esher High Street with very high specification.”
