“It is really difficult to find a travel agent where you can actually deal face-to-face with a person. Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda) I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. They were able to facilitate our need for split flights. Appropriate questions were asked to ensure a successful trip: passport expiry dates, insurance, Covid advice, transfers ... “It is a shame we are only allowed 5 stars, because I think they deserve many more. With less than 24 hours to go to my travel I realised that my British passport had less that 6 months to expire and therefore not valid to travel to Dubai for a long awaited and hugely anticipated trip with my family! Then came along our hero Diane (our travel consultant) who promptly responded to our call 2:00 am Dubai time and patiently, sensitively and sympathetically dealt with all my neurosis and queries. Moreover she was honest throughout and gave a very realistic but sensibly conservative chance of success, never exaggerating or overpromising. She patiently kept in touch throughout the process, understanding my families anxiety that daddy may not be able to join them, and guess what???!! 12 hours later I had the visa in my hand and we are flying as planned. She may have underpromised but she most certainly over-delivered! :-) I cannot describe the joy and find the words to express my gratitude. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you”
