"While their customer service is decent and its super close to the airport, after re-booking this place I instantly remembered why it wasnt top on my list when we arrived. The house and rooms itself are pretty shabby, terrible kitchen ware (we booked the place b/c of the full kitchen). The only new things were items we had bought ourselves a year ago and left for the community to use!! Whoever is maintaining the house is literally doing the bare minimum. Staff is friendly and the office was quicker to respond this time, but they did not make it comfortable or easy for someone coming from overseas. We wont forget to NOT book this place again."

"The "homestay from hell" I stayed here in November 2022. I made a big mistake, I suffer from neurological problems and a fair amount of disability. The hotel was described as being one mile from Heathrow. However was actually in West hounslow. I am going to add videos to you tube shortly and put a link here. No heating No cold water in shower only scalding water No heating or anyone at house Dangerous wiring easily accessed Pin codes and doors that slam locking you out of rooms. Not even a tea bag available despite advertising to guests from flights. Blinds that have parts missing so you fear a nights sleep. No one to contact TV iron and desk sl8ding from walls. They new I was disabled yet didn't explain the dodgy access. Filthy dirty entrance covered in bins the list is endless. These people are creeps and basic villains operating a dangerous hovel with no regard to thier guests. Video links to follow. One star doesn't do it justice. Minus ten stars utter hovel. ... they need taking to court fir the lack of common decency to guests and booking . Com needs to be held accountable also."

"This is not a hotel it is a hostel. Rooms are very run down not at all like the photos as advertised. Sheets are thread bare, springs stick up through mattress, slates missing from blinds, vinyl floor warn down to partical board. 68 GPD is not a deal, it is just on the high side for what you get."
