“Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. “From the second i landed i knew i was in safe hands. Ahmed from Al-Ansar was waiting for us and helped us get our sims sorted. We arrived at our hotel (Frontel) promptly where Al-Ansar had arranged us food, because they knew we’d be hungry. We were settled into the hotel and Madinah and Makkah were amazing as always. Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. I would recommend highly to anyone to use this travel agent.”

“We were staying with a friend locally and we decided to travel with our dogs and kennel them locally for one night rather than kennelling them at home. We checked in our 2 dogs at Great Oaks following on from a recommendation and were delighted. Our boys were well looked after and the owner was very helpful and we were confident leaving them there.”

“Prash was very accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. This guesthouse is located about a 10/15 minute walk North of the train station and is very easy to get to. The room was clean, warm, and safe. The shower was very hot and a little tricky to get the hang of. There are a lot of local places to grab food. I stuck to Sainsburys as wasn’t there for long and made the big error of going to Papa Johns - awful customer service. There is also a chugger train which links Hornchurch, and Upminster. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at this guesthouse.”

“The family and I had a pleasent experience with Al-safa. Thankfully everything went through smoothly and both hotels in Makkah & Madina were close to the Harram which was ideal. In hindsight, I am slightly dissapointed that our contacts (although they were very helpful and welcoming) were unable to speak in English so the tours may not have been as informative as they could have been. All in all, Al-Safa were great. A nice touch having the owner bid you farewell and check up to ensure your stay was pleasent.”

“Extremely happy with the service and care of our cats. Before booking I was given a tour and was very impressed with the fact that there was air conditioning and heating available to suit different weather conditions. This cattery is a lovely family run business that continued care and accommodate our 2 cats even though we were hours late to collect them from their 8 days stay and at no extra cost. The cost was very reasonable and even though I had the full amount at time of booking only a deposit was asked of me. Will definitely use the service again in the future.”
