“I have recently had about 5 sessions of BWRT with Sue, to help me with anxiety, domestic violence trauma, and low self-esteem. I hadn't heard of BWRT and had already tried counselling and CBT which were helpful but hadn't completely worked. When I met Sue she recommended BWRT to treat these problems and at first I was wondering how it would work, it made sense but seemed to good to be true. Sue is an expert in domestic violence and is supportive and non judgmental, so as well as the therapy, this was really helpful. After a few sessions with Sue, I was already able to see a decrease in anxiety but what I was amazed with was my self esteem. Previously I was unable to visualise myself in dreams as I actually am, I always appeared as an extreme version of the insults I had been subjected to by a previous partner. The BWRT was so successful that I now see a true image of myself in dreams, this was a very clear proof that this was really working. In only about 5 sessions Sue has changed my life, I cannot recommend her and BWRT enough to anyone suffering from this kind of trauma. Thank you Sue.”

“Peter has saved me from moving house every time I saw a spider in my room ! I was absolutely petrified of of the little creatures but I got fed up of being fed up. The thought of confronting my fear had was also terrifying but Peter was superb. I ended the sessions with a big spider on a piece of paper with a glass over the top, ON MY HAND ! I even forgot it was there for a while whilst I was talking to Peter. Now I can deal with the spiders in my flat without the fear and extreme anxiety I once had. “Have used Allclear a few times now and I’ve had no problems, as l had a heart attack and was worried l couldn’t go aboard again. Then did comparison search and the quotes were by far better than others also very reasonable, so l relaxed knowing l was covered. Went on golfing holiday with my daughter and they even covered my golf clubs for very little extra which was a bonus. I’ve just taken a policy out for August to go with family, as last one l had to cancel due to I’ll health of daughter in law, spoke to customer services and they were so helpful when they received forms l was refunded within 5 days. You cannot look elsewhere when you have a health issue.”

“Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy (Blood Test), Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional! Excellent service! Even though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!”

“From first greeting on door by Paul through reception to the nursing staff and doctor then the lady who offered me a drink after surgery were caring supportive and charming, all there to calm and reassure, and advised on the next step, once back in reception I started to cough and the receptionist jumped up came to me to check I was ok got me water, and the experience in theatre with the doctor and staff was so calm and soooooquick thank you”
