"Booked a blood test (phlebotomy) online via a website sent by my GP. Got a morning booking. Spoke to two nice ladies who told me where to go. Waited in seating area as per photo. Was out in 10mins. For me a good experience. If there's no parking in car park, there's plenty of free on street parking."

"I have never been spoken to or looked at so rudely. Having called the day to explain the situation before my appointment, on arrival no one helped me and I was turned away. The lady working in the blood test department should look for a job that doesn't involve working with members of the public. Absolutely disgusting service."

"Absolutely awful patient service. I have sat in reception trying to call to book an appointment as there is never an answer. I was disgusted to be watching the 2 receptionists ignore the phone whilst chatting and enjoying a mug of something! When you do speak to them they are rude, intrusive and not very friendly at all!!!! Horrible place to be ill!!"
