"Agree you have to wait too long for an appointment but in a desperate situation the reception staff have been very helpful and done their best to help get me seen or at least a phone call same experience for my husband , we've not experienced rudeness or surliness from any of the staff. Unfortunately the Dr who called me today with my x ray results was very hard to understand over the phone , was unhelpful in advising what I could do to help my pain and without any "bedside manner" at all perhaps being 70yrs old I don't warrant respect or care anymore not one of the usual doctors I beleive and I definitely would refuse to see him again ."

"You cannot get through on the phones. Appointments are scarce instead doctors prefer to send messages you can't reply to. Samples lost/forgotten to take to the lab. Too many patients for the surgery to cope with. We are looking to move practice, unfortunately this may be the best of a bad bunch!"

"I have had absolutely nothing but appauling service from here. The receptionists are extremely rude, so unhelpful, have had several appointments cancelled last minute by them, and the doctors are just a waste of time, pretty much having to self diagnose the issue when I’ve had an appointment. I’ve never known a doctors like it. I know that doctors surgeries aren’t perfect and every clinic has its issues, but there is not enough space to write, let alone waste my time on how many poor experiences I have had here. Avoid at all costs."

"The Best GP surgery ever. Admin staff are very the friendly but firm, compassionate and go always over and above to make sure that you get the right service. An absolutely wonderful team you can not help but love them-A*** Nurses and GPs are always accessible, also very friendly, compassionate and just brilliant.
