"Have used Allclear a few times now and I’ve had no problems, as l had a heart attack and was worried l couldn’t go aboard again. Then did comparison search and the quotes were by far better than others also very reasonable, so l relaxed knowing l was covered. Went on golfing holiday with my daughter and they even covered my golf clubs for very little extra which was a bonus. I’ve just taken a policy out for August to go with family, as last one l had to cancel due to I’ll health of daughter in law, spoke to customer services and they were so helpful when they received forms l was refunded within 5 days. You cannot look elsewhere when you have a health issue."

AllClear Travel Insurance is competitively priced, and an outstanding feature of the company structure is that the telephone is answered promptly and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and unfailingly polite. It is refreshing to speak to a person rather than work one's way through endless tick boxes such as are found on many sites ... The customer's questions are answered without hesitation or referral to another member of staff. In my particular case, several amendments (concerning factors unknown to me at the time of initially taking up the policy) had to be made; there was no question of impatience concerning the repeated telephone calls made to AllClear, and the amended documentation arrived by post within the promised timeframe. All in all, an excellent service and one which I would not hesitate to repeat on future vacations."

Have used All clear now three times and have had absolutely no issues and staff very friendly and are able to listen and advise on what is the best cover for travellers. "The pattern is clear if you take the time to read the reviews. Good reviews unless anyone has tried to make a claim . Appalling unprofessional service from this company and also from Claims Settlement Agencies who “ handle “ their claims . One phone call advising my claim was successful but since then I have had no further response by phone or email . No acknowledgement of receipt of emails , no professionalism- my advice based on experience is to look elsewhere . Six months later - I am still waiting. Insurance cover is only worthwhile if they deal with a claim - these two companies do not- it’s therefore not worth the premium . Can’t post a no star review !!"
